I just stood waiting for my mobile carryout order of a Frosty and a double-stack with no cheese for 30 minutes, because no one can read.
They had to make my burger no less than *four* times before they stopped putting cheese on it.
This is why I haven't been to this location in months, despite it being cheap and accessible on foot from work. Something is always fouled up with my order. Word to the wise: Don't leave before checking all your items, or disappointment surely awaits you.

Got the brkfst burritos. Pretty sad that I definitely say even the mcdonalds breakfast burritos are better. They were cold and barely put together..the tortilla was dry and cracked and the eggs looked they could NOT have been cooked more. They were like the plastic ones you find in the toy store.this wendys used to be pretty good..but I won't be back

Got our order wrong and then offered no solution but to retur, for forgotten items...we live too far away, there has to a better way

A group of us ladies stopped in during dinner hour to eat before we got back on the road. Cheyanne greeted us and was very polite. Her customer service skills is professional and she has a fun bubbly personality. She went above and beyond ensuring our difficult order was correct. We appreciated everyone that was working as everybody was smiling and seemed to enjoy being at work. The restaurant was clean and overall everything was exceptional during our visit. Great job everyone!

We went to Wendy’s in Buckhannon wv on may 16,2024 we ordered 8 of the $5.00 biggie bag lunches. We were informed that we were waiting on our nuggets which we waited over five minutes for then the boy with long hair not put up off his shirt collar gave our whole order to some lady and she left with it the same boy that told us he was waiting on fresh nuggets for over five minutes so when I asked for a manager he said that was him and absolutely not then my husband seen the actual manager which gave us $21.00 dollars out of 62.00 back which was nice to then get home to realize they charged us full price for the drinks so I called and spoke to if I remember correctly his name was Travis he said come in the next morning because they closed after we got our order I said ok then my husband goes in the next morning and the manager refused to make it right so we ended up with cold fries and soggy sandwiches that no one would even eat and waited over an hour for nothing
