The employees by far are more respectfully to people. I’ve been to so many trying to get the Variant Frost Frights for my son’s collection. The employees blew my mind told me I didn’t have to buy the whole meals because I told them I can’t eat all of these. They went and looked for what I needed. None of the other 5 Wendy’s ever offered this. I’ll go there from now on even just for my food. They put their hearts into helping you or they sure did me.

Absolutely horrible. Went through and spent $30 on food asked for ranch and honey mustard and they charged me $5 for it..

If they ask you to pull up in the driveway for them to bring it out to you, I hope you have Netflix on your phone and a full tank of gas because you will be waiting there for 20-30 minutes. Will bring drinks like a frosty out immediately so it can sit in your car, parked in the sun while you wait. I don’t come here often but it’s been the exact same the last couple of times I’ve stopped here. This will be the last time I stop here.

My food was fine, so I'm still fine with going there. The Gen Z manager at the drive-thru window took my credit card with no verbal interaction nor any opportunity for me to speak. Even handed out food with without a single word and promptly shut the window. I sat there as he kept his back to me after he shut the window because I had a request. I finally just drove away.

I went to Wendy's on June 27th, 2025 and ordered the Takis meal and I didn't get my Takis chicken sandwich I got a cheeseburger of some sorts I just wanted my Takis Chicken sandwich y'all

I just stood waiting for my mobile carryout order of a Frosty and a double-stack with no cheese for 30 minutes, because no one can read.
They had to make my burger no less than *four* times before they stopped putting cheese on it.
This is why I haven't been to this location in months, despite it being cheap and accessible on foot from work. Something is always fouled up with my order. Word to the wise: Don't leave before checking all your items, or disappointment surely awaits you.
