Ordered 2 foot long subs with double meat and cheese and neither had it. When I called, I couldn’t go back because I had already made it to work, they said there was nothing they could do about it.

My only complaint is how slow it was. I left my truck in the drive through where you order. I went inside to place my order & when I returned with my order the guy in front of me had just pulled away.

This is the subway in elkview wv, dont suggest you eat there i was there for a bacon egg and cheese sub, they dodnt ask if i wanted it toasted, which i dod, but they dodnt toast it!! I wont go again to this one,

So usually, the food is good if you get the right worker. If the guy is working, and you go through the drive-through, watch your total and read your receipt because he always charges the max tip he can without even telling you about it. I’m always a big tipper and I don’t care as long as you tell me, but I think it is theft when they charge your card to tip without telling you. I had to ask for my receipt because I got the text saying it was $15 something. He told me my total was 12.59 and he added a nice 3.00 tip for himself.

Young kids working there....talking. and everytime i said what I'd like she told me to hold on....while she made my sandwich....wrong bread wrong amount of veggies.... they need to pay attention to the customer instead of thinking it's story time with their co-workers.
