The Starbucks staff at this travel center was PHENOMENAL. They were so obviously busy, but everyone was so friendly and my drink was PERFECT. Thanks, yall! Much appreciated.

They were out of oat milk which is essential for making the drink they advertise, out of grande size hot cups, and do not accept the app or mobile ordering. Poor advertisement.

This location does not support app use or any specials Starbucks is running. When you go into the Starbucks app for this location, it says under Amenities that you can redeem rewards which needs to be edited because this is incorrect information. Was out of oat milk and could not order any grande hot drinks due to being out of cups.

Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever been in and being a truck driver, I've been in a lot of them. Ordered a caramel macchiato and it was weak and flavorless, it was flat coffee tinted milk. Worst service, no one in line but waited until Donald and the other lady that made the coffee finished their conversation before taking my order. Then they whispered back and forth the whole time she was making the coffee, not minding the task at hand. Racist vibes the entire time. Skip this place when ever possible.

Fast service but my ice coffee had a really off taste. Would love to give them a second chance But currently I have my doubts. Also they did not take prepaid credit through the star bucks app. So… had to spend extra and no point .. :/

Major warning!!!Stay away from the Starbucks. I got a grande latte from there and five or six hours later I had the worst time ever. Gastroenteritis. Terrible. Give them time to clean up their equipment before you stop there.

Very disappointed. Ordered a frozen pineapple passion fruit lemonade charged $6.89. Stepped to the side to wait for it. After a few minutes the girl says I’m sorry our blender is in the back being cleaned do you want it regular. At this point I had 2 options says yes or no give me my money back which is what I should have said. What a joke! Almost $7 for a cup of juice. Starbucks you should be ashamed!! But I should be listed as the fool for paying that much for juice.

Pretty much the worst white chocolate mocha I’ve ever had from Starbucks. Oh, and it was over 7 bucks and they don’t accept the Starbucks app. Wow.

Starbucks failed to train and supervise their employees again. They need to go back to 2018 and set another nationwide day off for sensitivity training. Because this place is located in the middle of WV turnpike, once you drive off it is not easy to turn around and come back to these racist people. Therefore, check your cups before you start driving off so you can throw the drinks at their faces.

THIS PLACE IS RACIST. THEY NEED TO FIRE THEIR EMPLOYEES. I was on a road trip and stopped by because I love Starbucks. I ordered two drinks and waited off to the side. I'm not from WV so I take a look around and noticed there was no other Asian in the store, which doesn't bother me, but this is important. FIRST, the cashier was super rude when taking my order when I asked a question on their lemonade pineapple refresher. "Gracelyn K" is the name of the cashier on the receipt, but I don't know for sure if they were the one being rude. SECOND, it wasn't until after I left and drank some of it that I noticed they wrote "Ching/Cheng" on the cups. I thought I was given the wrong drinks, but there was no one else ordering, and those two drinks were what I ordered. This plaza is located off the highway, like a pit stop, so I can't just take a u-turn and go back to ask what they were thinking. I became so upset and infuriated, replaying the short encounter in my head over and over again. I don't understand why they couldn't just ask what my name was and instead, wrote Ching Cheng on it. I know WV has a less than 1% Asian demographic, but I didn't think the people would be racist.
