I’m normally not the type to complain but the customer service is absolutely awful. The man I was talking to continued to speak over top of me, speak to me as if I was stupid. I just kept repeated “sir please stop talking over me and let me explain”

ordered a pizza online and paid online by debit card, the delivery took forever then the delivery driver tried to get me to pay a second time and as I try to call and report to the manager, basically got brushed off. if you are in the area, get a better pizza at evaronis or drive to cattlesburg for other options.

Not happy. Just had delivered pan pizza. Thick outside crust but hardly any crust toward the middle. One side ham/pineapple. The ham was tough and hard to chew. Other side mushrooms/ green peppers..mediocre.. big waste of money!

Have ordered previously on the Pizza Hut App and order was ready exactly on time, food was hot and the quality was great. Dined in for the first time at this location tonight. Management makes an excellent effort to keep this store clean, running smoothly and working as a fun team. Great team effort by a new team member, Hailey, who waited on us both visits. Friendly and patient with a desire to help. Good job all!

Wings was delicious , the pizza was perfectly hot .
The Pizza Hut in Kenova is the only Pizza Hut to eat at they have the best food they deliver quickly your food's always still hot like it just came out of the oven the app is so convenient and the food's always great but it's the only Pizza Hut that I like I don't like any of the other Pizza Huts I don't know what the difference is but the one in the Cerrito Plaza is the only one to eat at

Friendly staff, food is sooooo good and fresh. Honestly, brings me back to my childhood. Speaking of friendly, the sweet waitress gave us an extra pizza box with our favorite ninja turtle, after we asked if they had different designs. Love this place.

Our food was really good! It was hot and tasted great but the service was not great. The server brought our drinks but did not return later for refills. My daughter needed one so my husband went and got the refill. Then later, he needed one and again, had to to go up to get his refilled at which time, the server made the comment to the effect of us being thirsty.

Food was good, but quite expensive 2 salads, 2 orders of 8 pc boneless wings, 1 drink... The menu we were given was a lunch menu and it was 5:30 in the evening, which had no prices for dinner time, when I asked about it I was told it was just a little bit more in price. Yep, it sure was. Kinda sticker shock I guess, was 35. Something. Yikes
