Went in and expected the usual subway experience which Iām already usually satisfied by. Was a blond haired guy and a younger girl working and they were really funny and friendly. And the sandwich was the best subway sandwich I have ever had. This was a couple weeks ago and apparently the visit stuck with me because I randomly decided to write this review.

Service & food excellent. Ceredo Wv location I eat at this location 3-4 times a week. But I find it sad that the manager of many years is being transferred to Flatwoods in order for the owners daughter to take over. In stead of talking Carter of an 18 yr employee thatās been loyal to the business. You take a chance. The manager at this location knows all the locals sets the atmosphere & will be sorely missed.

I would not recommend eating here. Not only are the service workers rude but totally messed up my order. I will never go back to that location.
My family and I placed a big online order, and when we came in to pick up, there was only one woman working behind the counter. She already had our food ready (I was surprised it didn't take more time), she was very friendly, the store was spotless, and everything we ordered was perfect.

Went there to get the 50% off sub per commercials. One in the back and two employees setting at a table and in no hurry to get up. Lady from the back finally came out and I told her what I wanted. She said you have to do it on line. Well Iām 72 and not familiar with those things and asked for help and was told they donāt do that. Three people and No customers I wouldāve thought they would have been glad to help. As a former local restaurant owner I was appalled. I sat and tried to do it but couldnāt figure it out. I would like to know if this is the normal way you do business!!

One of the nicer subways around if we get subway, we either go here or the one on eighth Street And itās more expensive to go there nowadays and they have made the subs way smaller than they used to be so we do not go there too often

I had planned on going to this subway , didn't even get out of the car as I sat an watched the employees playing an flipping an and running their fingers through the hair of another employee. As they stood near the food prep area . That just didn't seem to be a good place to play in your hair.

Super courteous team and a very clean subway and a current menu. Ingredients were fresh. We were able to get a salad and vegetarian sub. Allergen list was easy to find.
