I went to the drive thru. when I got to window after a wait. I asked for hot fries. the young man working the window said I'll make sure they are hot. he handed the bag back to the line after a few seconds I was handed a grease soaked bag. the young lady acted like it was a problem to give me hot fries. the fries inside bag were cold and soaked in grease. I had to bring this back to the store. asked for a manager for complaint manager took care of issue right away with apologies
