Friendly staff. My issue is when did The quarter pounders turn into Happy meal hamburgers. There was half a hamburger on my bun and it was flat. I think I'll go to Wendy's next time.

Spend almost 50 dollars for breakfast and they can't put the jelly packets in with the condiments also order a steak meal for breakfast i check my order before I leave I asked where's the onions for the steak the employee says oh were out of onions ok well you should of told me when I ordered, look at the runny uncooked eggs,next time I'll go to Calcutta McDonald's they're always correct on their orders RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MAYBE YOUR HAVE BETTER REVIEWS

The staff is always friendly the food seems to be fresh where my issue is with this particular restaurant is they always seem to forget certain items that we order and you know we tried to check everything over while we're in the Drive-Thru but sometimes it's not possible to sit there and check it over cuz there's a line we got to get moving flight tonight for example my wife use the mobile app ordered everything and I just picked it up on the way home now yes I guess I should have double-checked with my wife on exactly what she ordered but hey I was driving she made the order she gave me the mobile app code I picked it up came home come to find out when I got home she ordered a few ice creams they didn't give them to us if this was the first time it happened it wouldn't be such a big deal but like it seems like every other time we go there they're forgetting something and if it was during you know the lunch hour rush or dinner rush I would get that but this is at 9:00 at night the store was not busy at least when I was there there should have been no rushing or anything like that and I feel that they should not have forgot that now since we use the mobile app it's going to be a big headache to try to get either get my money back or to try to get them to give us the ice creams next time we go there I already went through this old song and dance and it's like they don't believe us and like we're trying to scam them out of free food or something no I just want what I paid for and what we ordered I literally had to tell them to go look at their cameras last time and whenever I said that they kind of got annoyed I said what do you want me to do you're literally looking at me like I'm lying over a $2 hamburger I'm not lying you guys just forgot to give it to me plain and simple so go check your damn cameras and once you realize you didn't make the Hamburger then you'll give it to me right we shouldn't have to argue that they messed up on their job

Website said the lobby on a Wednesday closes at 11pm. We get there, it’s about 2 minutes after 10pm. Door says lobby closes at 10:30pm. Doors are locked up tight and all the chairs up on the tables. An employee was taking garbage from a can, looked at us and turned his back to us. Needless to say we went somewhere else.
