First off, the menu from the web page is outdated. They do not have tomahawk steaks to our dismay. Second, our appetizers were amazingly good, even for a bar. The garlic Parmesan wings were very crispy with just the right about of sauce and cheese. We also got the hot pepper cheese balls with a side of ranch. The ranch is very good and does not taste like any ranch that I’ve ever had before. Now for all the bad stuff. The celery stick that came with the wings has rotted ends. This was easily noticed by the slime and discoloration, which should have been noticed by the cook who put it with the wings. Disgusting! I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The salad was just plain old salad mix you can buy at a grocery store, chunks of lettuce hearts, too many carrots pieces and dark green rotting leaves were all too present. The fries were cold and limp, and the chicken, albeit had good flavor, was obviously precooked and reheated because it was extremely dry. Terrible! My wife got the steak and Swiss sub with a side order of warm soggy fries. The steak was chunky not sliced and not very present on the extremely large bun that it came on. The Swiss flavor overpowered any taste of steak that was available. The bun was fresh and toasted well. Service was average, nothing special. Not very busy at 5pm. The pop we had was a little weak, not terrible, but noticeable. My advice is to just get the wings if you stop here, otherwise I’ll have to pass.

Our first time. We started with a flavored long island ice tea and a Guinness draft in a frosty mug. Both were excellent. Then we had a bowl of chili, excellent flavor few beans but luke warm to cold. Took it home to reheat. Then we had a cowboy burger and a habanero burger. Both were very good. However the fries were both under seasoned and over fried for our liking. The service was excellent and the owner very receptive to comments. We hope to try again when we are in the area.

Nice little resturant to go when you are travelling or with family. The food and interior were great! It was a little tricky getting in sadly. The Cowbow Steak Sandwich was so goated.
We stopped for the steak sandwich which we have had several times and it was great. My husband ordered the sandwich again the past Friday and it was horrible. The bun was so hard it was like eating the sandwich on a crouton. The steak was supposed to be medium and it was over cooked. Our waitress was the bartender who was helping, because the waitress was busy and behind. She brought us our food after 35-40 min and then forgot us as she was bartending. I had to ask the gal seating people for our check about 15-20 minutes after we were done eating. My husband said I have never not tipped a waitress but he wanted to leave nothing. I left 10% which I never do. Poor service and food. My cheeseburger was good and the fries were good.

Must be more of a place for the locals. Came across this place on our way to a softball tournament. Service was mediocre at best. Our waitress (never told us her name) came to our table maybe 4 times. Food took over 30 minutes to come out and fries were cold. Flavor of wings were good but way overcooked. Asked if I could split the wings into 2 flavors and was told no. Ok no problem. Table behind us comes in and ask the same server the same question. She was allowed to split her wings into two flavors. So I ended up paying $18 for 10 wings that were over cooked and I had to eat cold because I couldn’t get a water refill.
