It’s been brought up in other reviews and constantly happens to me. You will never get enough sauce with your order, if any. All good reviews this Taco Bell has is from getting free stuff from giving a review. All real ones have the same complaints about substitutions and requests being wrong. I just got food from here and requested extra sauce and didn’t receive any at all for atleast the fifth time. Always disappointing.

I am a vegetarian. I asked for A black bean crunch wrap supreme. When I took a bite it had burger instead of black bean(actually not a trace of black bean in it) This is especially frustrating when the name itself specifically state black bean. Will never order from here again.

We had another great experience at this Taco Bell tonight (August 29th 2025). Our food was served quickly, the order was accurate, the staff was friendly and the location was clean. It’s all I could ever ask for from a Taco Bell experience.

Love this Taco Bell just wish I could get at least one sauce per taco. After multiple visits and asking for more sauce I've still never received enough sauce. Do the employees get charged on how much sauce we get or what? I've even ask one sauce per taco please, and still not enough given. I mean 14 tacos n 8 sauces.... come one.

Update: After many months of hardship, without sufficient sauce, my children and I decided to try again. We asked for 15 packets of each specialty sauce, and to our dismay, only received 15 of one unique variety. This was, to say the least, challenging. My children require this sauce and we continue to be hurt by the flawed processes that do not supply our requests fully. I don't know how much more my heart can bear through situations like these. We need more sauce. Please.
Just fine. I had the best bathing experience of my life here. It was essentially the same as attending a 5 star spa in a high end hotel. The fire sauce packets were fresh and tasty with easy access. My children have a rare condition that requires fire sauce packets and I'm grateful for the opportunity to access these for the nutrients we so desire and crave.

Today my husband and I went here and there was trash on the floor by the trash can. Also, when my husband went to the bathroom a worker was coming out of the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands. When my husband asked him “are you going to wash your hands” he’s replied with “no I just work here”🤢
I live less than 25 minutes from 3 different Taco Bell locations, and I will always go to this one above the Calcutta or Weirton locations. The late night workers are never rude, and this is most often when I go. My food is always correct. They've never forgotten napkins or sauces or handed me someone else's order. If I was pressed to come up with a complaint, one time (out of many, many times), they forgot to put my cinnamon twists in my bag. I frequently have large orders because we are a family of 5, and they've never missed on the modifications of my picky eaters. By far the best Taco Bell in this area, in my opinion.
