We stopped on our way home and got breakfast with large hash rounds. They were terrible for the most part. There were a few on top that had just been pulled out of the fryer, the rest, tasted as if they had been there ALL morning. They were cold, hard & tasted horrible! As much as we were charged, I expect something edible!

Definitely not fast food. Manager was helping with drive through while a new employee didnt know what they were doing at the counter. Took about 8-10min for a simple order and drive through was being turned out quickly.

Avoid this place they skip over your Oder and then when ask about it they get snippy and have an attitude. How about you just do your job. It’s not like it’s heart surgery

I purchased one of the new Brisket Whopper sandwiches at another BK the other day. Today I bought a Brisket whopper and a brisket whopper jr. Neither one of them had much brisket on the sandwich to taste it. It was also an online order and it was confusing when I walked in, because my order was not on the shelf and when I said I was there to pick up an order they made a comment that the door dash order was almost ready. I told them that I hadn't done a door dash order and did it through the app. After going back and forth a couple times they finally grabbed a bag that was mine. Was not happy with my sandwiches.
Came by here for a quick lunch after stopping by Walmart being this location is right next to Walmart, anyway i ordered two whoppers and two Jr whoppers, with side of fries. Where do I begin? Oh yeah the food sucked, the buns were hard and stale, the burger pattys seemed very dry with no flavor. All the sandwiches were messy and just thrown together pretty much. The fries were cold. After returning to fix the order the employees gave me nothing but issues and were not friendly at all. The manager, Mike I believe didn’t seem to care and just wanted me gone. One employee looked at the food I previously ordered and said “it’s fine” with an attitude. This all left me baffled so i decided I just wanted a refund. Got my refund and promise this the last time I go to any Burger King. Next time, I’ll just find a McDonald’s.

Honestly I stopped to use the restroom. So I can say the facilities were sparkling clean. The soap and paper towels were fully stocked.

I go here sometimes because it’s close to my work and they never get my order right and the food is always cold and stale. This time I got a cold hard burger on a stale bun with a chunk missing out of it.

I ordered a cheeseburger without any special instructions. Nobody was in line behind me but it was clear the drive through was busy. I watched 3 families come in, get over flowing trays of food and leave. Initially when I inquired it turned out they had cleared my order without giving it to me. The second time (5 min later) when I asked if there was a specific reason a straightforward cheeseburger was taking so much longer than full trays of food the response was full on attitude. My kids like the play area here but we won’t be coming back. Too many other options including multiple other Burger kings. 15 min wait for 1 cheeseburger with full trays of orders after mine being completed.
