I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese no tomato, from the drive thru. I noted the display said “double cheese - 2 slices” and had a 1$ charge. It wasn’t worth my time so I let it go but wondered why cheese costs at all. Got home and sat down to eat my 8$ sandwich and guess what? Not only is there not two pieces of cheese but there’s no cheese at all. Called to complain but of course no answer.Do better BK.

A guy took our order not sure if he was a manager or not, didn't have a great personality let alone people skills, I felt rushed by him, he also was also talking over my wife as she was making her order as well as being hateful over the chicken nuggets part of the order for my daughter. Furthermore this gentleman was talking down on nearly all of his fellow crew members. This restaurant use to be one of the better restaurants in the Clarksburg area, won't be returning.

The staff is very friendly and prompt. The food is fresh. Wait times in drive through are almost non existing. Mcdonalds couldn't keep up with that crew.

I have to walk in, I can’t fit my semi in the drive through. Tell me why does it take 15 minutes of standing in front of the register to get acknowledged? It’s not just this place either it’s everywhere. This place had Employees sitting around talking looking right at me not saying anything. It’s annoying.

When the main boss Mike isn’t there the service is absolutely horrible. Paid $14 for a meal just for the burger to be missing a patty, cheese and bacon. That’s right I got a single patty and ketchup on the sandwich.
We stopped here on our travels for a quick lunch. We were pleasantly surprised that we received a warm welcome from the manager who was also tending the drive thru. Service was quick and friendly. We wish all BK's were like this.

I come to this, Burger King, at least three times a week. I get the same thing every time. I only get a half an hour for lunch and I always get a number 5 with a SWEET TEA. I do not like soda and I got a diet Coke I am not happy. I wasted my money on something I will not drink. Get it together or you’ll lose my service.
