I had to go get a few things before I got the kids from school me and my fiancé walk in to get a cart and there was none there so he asked to speak to a manger and he told her that there's no carts and there's tons of people walking in wondering where all the carts are never in my life have I ever been so furious with a manger comeback well basically she was like theres 2 carts out there and we said no there isn't well we just decided to walk out outside to get our own cart since the cart boys can't do their job well we go back in to the store we got some groceries well we were by the veggies and 2 men walked out to his saying why are we cussing out their employees even tho we wasn't apparently we was kicking their carts even tho we wasn't well I told my fiancé I needed one more thing and so I started walking back to get it and we got followed but this time my fiancé was getting mad cause we was getting followed and we got to where we needed to be one of the men was behind us and the other one came from another isle to infront of us basically we got told to leave and never come back and at this point my fiancé was furious he told them that we will leave and never come back and so we was walking out the store got followed finally got outside and they were on the phone with the police they got what we drive and our license plate number for no reason they asked us to leave we did all I can say is if you have a problem or there's no carts upfront don't talk to a manger cause they will just tell you to leave and accuse you of things you didn't do

I purchased a half-round loaf of marbled rye from the discounted bread rack for $1.79 - a considerable amount for a half loaf even if discounted. When I cut the bread there was a giant hole through the middle, and the bottom half was dense and practically raw. The bread had obviously not been allowed to rise before baking, and the result was inedible. The taste was of raw dough & yeast. The sell by date was 3/17, but I purchased it discounted on 3/16 - did they sell this loaf discounted knowing it was a baking failure? If so, shame on them - it should have been thrown away. If I did not live 20 miles from their store with the cost of gas so high, I would take it back and demand my money back.

This store is HUUUGE !!!! I am not really a fan of grocery stores this size. Since we don't live here (we shop for my mom on occasion) it takes us longer than normal since we aren't familiar with the layout. The store is clean and the shelves appear to be mostly in order albeit a bit bare. There are lots of self check out lanes. The cashiers have always been friendly and helpful when we have come through with a big order. I still prefer the smaller grocery stores but this is for sure a ONE STOP for everything you may need.

@kroger it is ridiculous during times of Covid and Flu that you close your pharmacy drive thru windows. Then to top it off the line to the pharmacy is slow moving with a dozen people waiting. Hire more people or management needs to help out. My prescriptions will be transferred.

MY WIFE AND I ARE TIRED OF HAVING TO COME IN EVERY TIME AND SHOW THE MANAGER THAT THINGS WE ARE TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE I FOUND IN THE STORE AND APPROACHED THE MANAGER WITH THE ITEMS IN HAND. This is the 1so Kroger's I've ever been to & I was happy to see a familiar layout, as it looks a lot like Mariano's - that made me happy! The prices & aisles are similar, my Mariano's card worked when I paid for the snacks, & it was just as inviting as Mariano's - I felt a little bit of home & it made me smile! It's spacious, clean, & most of all, it has a lot of Fresh Food options for pickup! I had a spring roll wrap & Italian sandwich, both were yummy - and ate as I went grocery shopping lol.

Best Kroger I've ever been to. They had everything I wanted in stock which is rare. Large selection very clean great service. Great Check out from competent staff. I didn't see anything expired during my visit. I heard this store is relatively new. I'd be a regular if I lived here.
It is a nice and clean store. The loud music and over head speaker gave us a headache. The main sections are really nice. I loved the hot food section. Moe helped us find a bowl for our dinner. He was super nice. They have things placed everywhere it’s nice but I feel like I missed things. I liked how big and clean it was. All in all the store is nice. I will go back again!

do not use Kroger pharmacy - the people are extremely rude and refused to fill my script because the person who dropped off my script for me didnt understand why they wanted his license and instead of telling them why they wanted his license for my script, they told him they are not filling it, and told him to leave. and after 8 months of getting my script filled the same week evey month, they stopped stocking my medication and now they have to order it and that delays my script from being filled the next month and instead of explaining why when I asked why that's happening, I was told am I leaving the script or not because it will be 3 days into nov before my October script can be filled.

I appreciate this Kroger. Many friendly workers and patrons. Especially during this trying time of Covid. The workers having to wear masks and still keep a good attitude. Im oftentimes greeted and folks aren’t afraid to chat.

I've been shopping at Kroger's for years their meat and seafood is always the best nice and fresh good produce nice selection at the deli also their bakery items very good I recommend Kroger's to everyone can't wait till the new store opens
