This is a very large Krogers and I used to enjoy a wider selection when I had the chance to stop in Clarksburg. Had a terrible experience today and will likely be avoiding this location in the future.I was done shopping and going to my car when my cart suddenly locked up at the exit. I had no idea what was happening, the cart just would not move. Every time I shop here something is charged wrong. I end up waiting in line at customer service to have issues resolved. I worked in the grocery industry for 35 years....not a great experience to shop here.
