If I could give negative stars I would. Two coworkers and I ordered two pizzas over the phone. Upon arrival I paid for one other guy paid for the other. We were told one was done and they were in the process of making the other. We stepped back and waited an additional ten minutes only for the girl that works at the front to hand us one pizza and than when we say we had two she argues with us that she already gave us one pizza to the point that’s she being extremely rude and hostile loudly says she going to the back to “check the cameras.” To which we reply great! The pizza was laying on their side of the counter the whole time!! No apology, no sorry, I made a mistake, no accountability. Accused the three of us of being liars in front of 10 to 15 people but couldn’t even apologize after checking the cameras and seeing she was wrong.

Worst little Caesars in the area pizza is so dry no sauce very little cheese and when question the rude employees they say no refund but if you don’t won’t the pizza leave it on the counter 🤬🤬🤬

Wanted to order food; but, employee looked at my wife 3 times. On third time my wife said excuse me and was ignored. Must be nice to just ignore customers. Won't go back. BFS must be proud of their employees, since this is a franchise location.

Great clean place , with quick efficient service. Food is as good as can be from little Caesars. But if you want Crazy bread cooked to perfection. Be sure to tell them before order !!

I mistaken place an order on the app for this store instead of milord little Caesars. I called to tell them at wilsonburg little Caesar to cancel my order. I was told that I'd be put on hold before I could explain my issue. So I waited on hold while hearing non business conversation on the phone. I got tired of waiting after 5 minutes on hold, I hung up. I attempted to call back for 45 minutes and got busy tones each time. So instead of the genius hitting the hold button, she just put the phone down somewhere. So now for 45 minutes, not only was I unable to be serviced but other potential customers were not able to be serviced as well. Way not to run a business little Caesar on wilsonburg in Clarksburg. I've never patroned that particular store but after today I'll avoid it at all cost.
EDIT: It's been over an hour now and the phone is still off the hook.

The staff is helpful and punctual. The only drawback would be they don't usually have Pizzas prepared ahead of time.
This is the dirtiest Little Caesars ever. The floors are nasty and behind the counter are disgusting. The employees uniform was filthy and his hair was noticeably dirty. It took a long time for the employee to come out from the back to wait on me. How can this place serve good quality, clean food? It was a pick up order for my daughter, that was already placed, or I would have just walked out. Will NEVER get pizza here again.
