We ordered food on the app (two 2-piece fish baskets, 1 piece of fish, a fry, and a chicken wrap) and when I got back home in Philippi, I saw that one of the baskets was missing. I guess it was my fault for not making the impatient person at the window wait while I took everything out of the bag that was knotted shut and checking, but still, the workers need to be more diligent about packing up orders.
**EDITED: They made things right and provided a free basket. The customer service when I went inside was excellent. Thank you!

Fish was old and hard, one piece wasn’t edible. If I wasn’t headed home to NY I would turn around and get a refund!

I love the fish and hush puppies but I wouldn't advise you holding off eating the greasy food because it's got a lot of oil or grease in it but I can't get enough.
Kid-friendliness: Kids can be loud and move some people don't pay attention.
