McDonald's in Clarksburg

“Ive been from Texas to California to Pennsylvania, and finally West Virginia. Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at. Great job team, thank you for the service!“

“We stopped by there after my Daughter's Wedding on the way home from Cheat Lake to Elkins WV to get my Husband and Grandson something to eat. The place was clean. They had low staff working for both Inside and Drive-Thru. The people that helped us were two different people so they got confused a little with our order. But they were very nice and got the food out to us in a little over 5 minutes. The food was good. We ate in the car so we ate it quickly and it was warm not Hot. My Husband had the Grilled Chicken Wraps and Fries. The fries were cold. He gets Sweet and Sour Sauce to put on them. My Grandson got Nuggets and a Big Mac. His Nuggets were not hot they were warm but good, same thing with his Big Mac. Now he did try the New Sauce the Gold Sauce and he Loved it!! He tried the Mango Smoothie and he really liked it.
So overall it was an ok stop this time.“
