The people are so rude. I asked to manager to help and she ran away. I asked her name and she said she is not saying it. She was not wearing a badge. I visited on 11.01.2025 at 6 pm

If I could put no stars I would messed up my order I called so they can talk to their employees about error said take it up with app it was their error not the app But wouldn't even listen 4 fries got 1 didn't send my reciept take up with app with no store number that you get from receipt least I have proof from the app. Bag was sealed so was at store not driver. The driver was nicer then store she apologized for being late when she wasn't they didn't even apologize for their mess up But the food I did get was good

Ive been from Texas to California to Pennsylvania, and finally West Virginia. Obviously on the road Mc Donalds is usually the go to for quick in and out knowing the food is going to slapped together with no regard to quality and moderate customer services at best. However this McDonalds nailed my visit today. The store was practically spotless the food appeared as advertised and actually good taste and not dripping with grease like other stores in the national chain. Staff was super friendly and professional yet enjoyable conversation. The only disappointment is the fact that less and less McDonalds meet even half of the standard this store is operating at. Great job team, thank you for the service!

This McDonald’s is absolutely the worst. How much can you guys screw up?? Always an issue with my order, and recently I noticed the food quality has gone down. Always do drive thur but lately I’ve been going in and it’s just as bad if not worse, and the place is occasionally filthy. Trash is always built up, overfilling. Emily Drive and Nutter Fort have been a much better experience. This McDonald’s is just closer to home 🥲
Seems as though the focus of the staff here is more about not letting customers stay any longer then absolutely nessacary to eat their meal then making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

They charged me for a medium coke and gave me a small cup. I told them and they said no it was a medium but guess they can't read the side of a cup.
