The best Italian restaurant in Clarksburg, WV. You can't go wrong here. House salad dressing is fantastic.

March, 2025 Back again. Same great waitress. Quick efficient service. Had the Pick 2 and Pick 3 dinners. Fetticini Alfredo sauce was creamy. Eggplant parmasean pretty heavily breaded. Lasagna and ravioli was good.
October, 2024 Awesome waitstaff. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious Italian pasta dishes, soups (lobster bisque was incredible!), salads ( fresh and crispy) and Gelato! Casual setting in a family owned restaurant with an 87 year history of serving Italian food to Clarksburg!

Well I hadn't been in since I complained to the manager on a different issue but thought why not give them another shot because in the past they were one of my favorite places to eat so I took my family a went the wait time was a little long since there was only one other table seated at the time we wait about minutes to even get drinks when we got our salad I noticed that the bread was not fresh bread and was more then usual hard I don't believe it was made that day when the spaghetti came out it kinda had an off aroma but I chalked it up to maybe not going there in awhile but the flavor just wasn't there for some reason im guessing I will just not go back a find a different place to get my Italian food from

Not growing up here in this area but have always heard the hype about other Italian restaurants like Muriale's & Oliverio's but Minard's is our family's absolute favorite. We order take out almost weekly & they are consistently very good with getting our order right. The salad with house dressing is so good & the lasagna is delicious. Nobody makes a better pasta sauce. Bravo Minard's! Delizioso! Buonissimo!!

Joe Fazios Italian restaurant in Charleston, is getting slammed as well since the parents died and the kids are running the restaurant now. Be a shame my 2 favorite Italian restaurants east of the Mississippi have gone downhill. ???

Soooo disappointed! I was warned by several people that the food had gone down hill! I had to see for myself. I will not return. Bread was stale!!!! Pasta was overcooked! Service was ok.

Really nice place, food was excellent and the service was great.
Loved the old world charm of the place. The stain glass was amazing. I wanted something light so I chose the sampler platter. I really enjoyed it. The spaghetti sauce to dip stuff in was good. Red sauce can tear my stomach up. This didn't. There's plenty of room for celebrating with family and friends. Plenty of reserved rooms.

Was a pretty good value buffet until they removed items like every variety of soups.
Definitely not the Minard's I remember. Bland sauce. Eggplant was undercooked so the breading made a mushy mess in the sauce. Service was good tho.
