We ate at Minard’s the other and had a great experience. Our waitress was very friendly and answered our questions about the menu. We took her recommendation and ordered the lasagna, which was big enough for two people. The sauce was excellent and we can’t wait to return for more.
The food is normally very good. There was a visit when the food was not up to par, so the next time I mentioned the issue to the general manager. He apologized and gave me my order for free. He showed genuine concern and handled things in a very professional manner.

Back again. Same great waitress. Quick efficient service. Had the Pick 2 and Pick 3 dinners. Fetticini Alfredo sauce was creamy. Eggplant parmasean pretty heavily breaded. Lasagna and ravioli was good.

Awesome waitstaff. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious Italian pasta dishes, soups (lobster bisque was incredible!), salads ( fresh and crispy) and Gelato! Casual setting in a family owned restaurant with an 87 year history...
