Not the first time we’ve tried to place an order by phone and we’re told they are too busy to take the order unless we are okay being on hold for an undetermined amount of time. How long could it be? No idea! You might be better off calling the order service? I think they mean order online.

I ordered ahead of time off the app and accidentally ordered for the following day. When I arrived to pick up, I realized the mistake and communicated the situation to the team. They were quick to start my order immediately despite being extremely busy and were able to get it to me in less than 15 min. Great customer service and the pizza was delicious.

Dont bother ordering extra of any topping. You wont get it. Apparently there is a ham shortage at all pizza places in West Virginia. This pizza was ordered with triple ham. This is a portion of what I received. The service was excellent. They are nice people. But I cant get extra ham on a pizza anywhere near here.
I was at the one is bridgeport forgot my wallet n they wouldn't return it. They were also rude n so nasty about it I called the cops n of course NO CAMERA'

I stopped by 9-29-24 around 3-3:30 pm to pick up my called in order of 2 large works pizzas. Had to wait an additional 30 mins with nowhere to sit except a window seal. The lady behind the counter was by herself cooking and Working front counter. Not once did she stop to wash her hands or wear gloves as she kept saying (this is bullshit) clearly overwhelmed and frustrated. Eventually a delivery driver came back and immediately started helping her in the kitchen without gloves or washing his hands. I took the pizza home told my wife what happened the pizza went in the trash we ended up having McDonald's.
