FINALLY was able to get a Canteen Style Giavonni! It is definitely the same as the original!! None of others have compared to the original NO WHERE! Brought back a lot of memories tonight.

It is a small store in the Italian neighborhood of Clarksburg. I drove from Morgantown in an hour to taste their famous pepperoni breads. It was a wonderful and delicious experience. I liked the taste when they came right off the over and the bread was warm with the Pepperoni sticks. It was also a different but good taste when the bread was sitting for a few hours. They close early on Sundays. Quite a few people were coming for the bread.

It's still hot and warm in plastic, paper just doesn't cut it, and that is just a fact you have to have it at least in a plastic wrap.

I was recently in Clarksburg visiting relatives and we had to visit Tomaros. We got a dozen pepperoni rolls right from the oven and then went back and got 20 individually wrapped for the travel home! To me there simply isnt a better pepperoni roll around- this is how it should be done and it's a classic.

Loved learning the history behind the beloved pepperoni roll and behind Tomaro’s. The staff is wonderful! Got regular size to bring back to Missouri and mini’s for the road!!
