I’ve been here three times in the last month for ice cream. Every time I come through I get the wrong thing. And when I tell them that’s not what I ordered I’m met with a bad attitude. Also the Reese’s cups taste old.

First time trying pearls based off a Google review someone had left in the area. I really wanted to like this place. But not what I expected. I ordered the big dog as that's what the picture looked like in the review, however my food looked nothing like the picture. The chilli looked like a meat sauce with no flavor, the hot dog was big but the bun was even bigger, maybe they ran out of regular buns. All that bread made it very dry and the meat sauce looked like one small spoon trailed down the side. It definitely left something to be desired. Nit even mustard helped. The dog was only $4 but my daughter ordered the Philly cheese for $9 and it wasn't worth it, no flavor and too much bread. A large beverage was 2.50, a 24 oz cup full of ice and filled not even to the top. I see more ice cream reviews than food and I now know why. The lady in charge said the staff was new, well leadership reflects attitude. Train your employees on the service you value.

Ordered 'The Big Dog' - and this thing is freaking enormous - along with a side of tater tots and a large Diet Coke. Total came to less than $12, which is actually a really, really good deal. The food was freshly prepared so it takes a few minutes. Customer service was very, very friendly and food delivery was around 10 minutes, which was fine. The view from the sit down tables at the window, across to the green grass and rolling hills, was very nice. There are a LOT of cheesecake desserts in the chill boxes, a WIDE variety of ice cream treats and pints, as well as cookies. Entire store was very, very clean. It's easy to highly recommend this place!

Lil on the pricey side but there cheesecake selection is like NOTHING I've ever seen!!! N there not cheap but they r worth the price in taste n variety! Think they have like 25-30 different flavors of cheesecakes from blackberry, blueberry, heath, banana split, pumpkin, apple pie, keylime, strawberry, chocolate lovers, oreo, reeses, butterfingers, n if u get the reg plain new York cheesecake one u can have them add any topping u would like to it! I couldn't believe the selection! It's kinda hard to even pick a couple. They're about the size of the cheesecake servings that sheetz has but they're like almost $8 after tax. They do have a good selection of food also. My son got a chocolate shake n I believe a 10' pepperoni pizza n it came to like $18. But he could add toppings to his shake. The service is quick n girls are nice/ helpful

I don't even like cheesecake that much but Pearl's is fantastic. The banana split is my favorite thus far so I still have many to try. They are also super nice.
Service is hit or miss. Ice cream is very good, especially the limited flavors. Chili hot dog was so insanely salty that it went straight to trash; it was worse than seawater.

“The Calico Pearl Machiato” is the bomb. Was suggested by a friend and I just love it. Thank you Ashley ?I have mine like it says on the menu iced but with 3 shots of expresso and oat milk. The ladies that work there have always been just the sweetest. I’ve been such a regular there that they pretty much know my order and remember my pink straw. Thank you ladies. I appreciate you all.?
