They charged my elderly father way more then they should have and when i called them about it they only said they were sorry but no request to refund any of our money back they more less are pocketing the extra money they are scamming people when the pizza should of been 9.99 a piece a 1.00 per topping it tells you right on there boxes i will be taking it to the owner as soon as I reach them

Don't go close to closing time because they won't let you in the building. I was there like 45 minutes before they close and they told me no I had to go to a different store

I would not have even given them a 1 star but I had to, my husband had a stroke and he wanted to go make a order himself so I he wanted 12 boneless mild wings and ended up with 24 and he wanted to get 4 pieces of cheese garlic bread and ended up with 2 orders of cheesy bread sticks, so he ended up with a 50$ order they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of him!! Plus they advertise the boneless wings at 75 cents a piece but they don't tell you that you have to get so many wings in a order! They took advantage of him, tried calling and explaining to the manager and he offered to give me a order of 4 pieces of cheese bread. No. Compassion , plus they were supposed to be mild they were so hot could not even eat them. Shame on you!!!

The first order we made was a New York style pizza with mushrooms & pepperoni and it came really all messed up and cold it look like there was bites taken out of it or something so I called the store and told them about the issue and John the assistant manager was very helpful and he told me that they would make a new order and send it out right away or whenever we wanted to have it delivered I didn’t want it that night and would prefer to call the next day. He told me to talk to Sierra and she sent our pizza out. We decided that the New York style just wasn’t for us apparently the way it’s made so we got the thin crust with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms, it was delicious! I will post pictures of both so you can decide. Would recommend!!

I paid for a large and got a medium. Not from around there, didn’t recognize it until on the road Crust was dry and supreme didn’t come with too much meat! Stingy with it, but generous with the sauce. For price it wasn’t worth it! Couldn’t eat in bc diner was closed. That’s the trick! Nothing special about this hutt! Disappointed! Treat out of towners different.

Lobby is closed for no good reason. Drive through only. Made my way here only to find out PAYING CUSTOMERS aren't allowed inside. Now I have to decide if I want to go to Dominoes or Papa Johns, because I'm sure not buying pizza from where we're NOT WELCOME.

We called 20 minutes before they closed and live not even one mile away. First we called 9 times just to get them to SPEAK on the phone because they would answer and not say anything at all. After they took our entire order AND charged our card, they ended up not even calling or notifying us that 30 minutes later, they cancelled our order WITH NO REFUND.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND; horrible and LAZY customer service..not to mention dishonest. The least they could’ve done would’ve been to call and let us know it was cancelled or told us that they couldn’t deliver at the time or that pick up was the only option. Literally go anywhere else for pizza and decent service.

I had the NY style pepperoni , and this is hands down the best NY style pie I’ve had in WV. I’d say this place take a crown ale em over Vito’s. The hoagies looks superb as well and only $2 a slice you can’t beat this place. Locally owned as well. The sauce was perfect not nasty strait out of the can like everyone else uses here. I will definitely be back!

The past 3 times we ordered from there there has been something wrong with our order. I never write reviews but when you order chicken and there's no sauce on them for a 3rd time! I wouldn't order chicken from there unless you want plain chicken!
