This is the first time I've been to a Ruby Tuesday in who knows how many years. I saw they had lobster mac and cheese which is one of my favorite dishes so that's what prompted me to go.
The service was absolutely tremendous! Manager and waitress did all to make me and my friend feel welcome and comfortable.
Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner.
As someone coming from Braxton hoping for better my expectations for Bridgeport/Clarksburg area are always on set.

Melanie was an awful waitress. Me and my fiance came in to eat after work and immediately my fiance got THREATENED. Melanie had stated that “you’re lucky. You’re lucky, because my daughter is just down the road” and the proceeded to slam our silverware on the table. Everyone that came in the door stood there for 20 minutes waiting to get greeted even though there were only 3 tables in there. Everything else was great though and I really recommend the salad bar!

I would give negative stars if I could. Walked in willing to wait just got off work wanted to relax and have a beer with dinner so I set at the bar after a few minutes of waiting she walks out of the back looks at me then walks back the the kitchen. When she finally came out she gave me attitude because I was there and then gave me attitude because there draft didn't work and the bottled beer I asked for she was out of. Like I was suppose to know by reading her mind. It's on the menu! Worst visit to a restaurant ever at least I didn't have to wait to leave I never got to order anything

Got here around 7pm and ordered our food and sat for over 45 minutes and decided to leave because the wait was horrible. Our server, Trey I think his name is, was great. BUT the salad bar was slimy, croutons stale, sweet tea was changed out twice and not sweet at all. Restrooms not clean. Not at all impressed. Whomever the man host was took 20min to seat us and the restaurant was not at all busy; his uniform was stained and dirty. Overall experience was absolutely horrible.
