I've only been to this location twice and the visits were years apart. The service is extremely slow whether ordering in the store or on the mobile app. If I would've known my wait would be almost 40 minutes I would have totally skipped this stop. While waiting I then recalled the same thing happened to me about two summers ago.

They do not put inside guest at any value. Unfriendly. They continued to make free drinks for friends(no tags on drinks). Paying customers should be serviced in the order thwy were recieved. Do better.

Would not let me order over the phone this company is beginning to suck

Came in to pick up a door dash order, and only 3 out of 7 front employees were doing any work. 4 employees were standing around, gossiping, while the other three were busting their rears getting things done. The order, one item, I was picking up was late. One employees of the 3 hard workers asked one of the 4 gossiping to get her something, and she was ignored in favor of the gossip.

The only thing better than the excellent customer service was the vehicle customer in front of me paid for my order. I was visiting from out of state and this was such a treat. Such a blessing. Thank you

The drive thru employee was super nice but they were out of strawberries and my drink didn’t taste good. I also asked for blended and got basically liquid.

Service at this location is horrible. They are rude. Not like the Starbucks experience you’re used to. I avoid this one if possible, but I am a Starbucks girlie so if I must go I do. It’s usually about once a month, but when I place my order I know not to have high expectations even though I’m paying the same price as the better locations.

This location is never a let down. It does tend to get busy, but I got lucky and caught them during a slow point. That frappucinno was exactly what I needed on a busy day! Staff was friendly as well and my drink was on point!

I bought my signature order which in app is about $6, when I went through the drive they didn’t put my order on screen, they charged me double than what my order is in app and they wouldn’t give me my receipt. Lame.
I normally have a good experience with this place but recently haven’t been very good.
Also if you use cash, they’ll short change you and get upset that you ask about the rest of your change. 10/10 would not recommend.

Starbucks reached out, generic customer service portal. Nothing good to say about that either. They can’t smooth things over by trying to send me to the generic portal. They’ve short changed me and over charged me. Horrible establishment, horrendous customer service.
