“Texas Roadhouse Dani Drive Fort Myers, Florida Our recent visit to Texas Roadhouse was a great experience overall, despite a small hiccup with our order. We ordered an 8-ounce sirloin (medium) with a baked potato, a salad, and their signature fresh-baked yeast rolls. When the steak arrived, it was unfortunately well-done instead of medium. However, the service team quickly turned things around. Our waitress, Kassie, was attentive and immediately addressed the issue. Shortly after, Tracy, the floor manager, personally brought our corrected order back to the table and apologized for the mistake. Their professionalism and quick response really stood out. Aside from this, everything else was perfect. The food was delicious, the rolls were warm and fluffy, and the call-ahead seating made our arrival seamless. We only waited a few minutes before being seated, which is always a plus. Texas Roadhouse continues to be one of our go-to spots for great food and friendly service. Mistakes happen, but their commitment to making things right keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!“

“​We had a wonderful family meal! Joining the waitlist for Longhorn through Google Maps worked flawlessly. Everyone absolutely loved their food, which was beautifully plated and had a great presentation. As a side dish, I highly recommend their white cheddar Mac & Cheese—the cheese blend is incredibly creamy and has a perfect, thin crispy topping. It paired beautifully with my Parmesan Crusted Chicken! My daughter’s 12 oz New York Strip was cooked perfectly to medium-well, and she enjoyed her street corn (ordered plain). My husband’s 7 oz salmon was also delicious and paired nicely with the rice and asparagus. While my son enjoyed his hand-breaded chicken tenders, they were a little heavy on the pepper for his taste, though he does tend to prefer more bland flavors. Both kids absolutely loved the mashed potatoes! We had a great experience.“

“We ate at Outback in Bridgeport yesterday and our server's name was Rory. She was fantastic! There were 4 of us and she got every last detail right. She checked on us several times during the meal and even helped us old folks, lol, with our rewards. And the food was great!“
