We ordered through doordash thinking it should arrive by the time my husband got home from work. We ordered around 5:30 and our order wasn't completed until 6:45. Our dasher said they didn't even start on our order until about 10 minutes after they got there, and then the dasher had to wait an additional 35-40 minutes for the order to be finished so it could finally be delivered.

Remember when it was $5 for a foot long? Just got 3 subs and it was $42! They've taken half the menu away and raised the prices. How is this still a business?

First time inside since the major renovation took place earlier this year. Very nice! Great layout, nice and bright, and a nice amount of seating. Always fresh, good quality, and tasty.!

I ordered online June 30 2024 the worst sandwich I’ve ever had I orders and paid for bacon which wasn’t on the ham and cheese I also asked for mayo it also wasn’t on there. It had ton of lettuce and probably 20 or more pickles on it. It was awful I ordered a cinnamon on churro it also wasn’t in my order called when my husband came home with the sandwich and of course they wouldn’t answer there phone I recommend NOt to eat at this location

Cierra is amazing, if she's there tip her well! She always goes above and beyond to provide great service! My wife and I always love seeing her when we go! Best subway employee I've met so far. Hopefully the company sees this review and compensates her for her performance. I frequent there and other subways, but definitely prefer downtown Clarksburg because of Cierra! I have had a few bad experiences, reached out to customer service, and GOT NO RESPONSE. But as long as Cierra is there, I'll continue to come in!

I stoped at Clarksburg subway this morning. Ordered a B.L.T. sub. With mayo, onion,cheese and peppers added. I opened it to eat awhile after. She didnt put any lettuce, tomatoes or mayo on it. I called right back and told her the mistake she made. She said bring it back with the receipt and she would take care of it. I told her i couldnt come back to subway till this evening. I told her i was gonna eat it for lunch. And was told if i did she wouldn't replace it that they had to have the sub to refund. So i did not have it for lunch. I took it back to Subway this evening with reciept. And the new girl had to call her supervisor 2 times before refunding my money. This is poor business. Most businesses would have made a new sub and a refund if they make a mistake. After all i used my time and gas to correct their mistake.And while fixing my problem. A guy had ordered 2 cold cut subs. When picking them up he noticed they only had bologna on them. He told them that they should have other cold cuts to on them. They said no thats all that comes on cold cut subs. He said i get them all the time and know they have 3 kinds of meat on them. I left dont know what happened there. But they was having a dispute over it. Poor business if you ask me. And with all their mistakes, i will never go to Clarksburg Subway again. They dont like owning up to their mistakes. And dont know how to handle their mastakes fair like.

The service was great this isn't about the workers it's about the food.Look, subway, if I wanted a jimmy dean sausage sub I can make one myself. I was looking for a decent meatball sub and if there is beef in those meatballs you'd have a very hard time convincing me.I had acidic sausage burbs that wrecked my appetite until I could get that out of my system well into the next day. Jimmy Dean doesn't taste good in marinara sauce either. If pork meatballs don't agree with your system or taste buds I'd avoid it with a passion.Had I known they had changed the recipe I'd have never bought the sandwich.The experience was so off putting I will never be able to think the name subway without losing my appetite for a long time. I'm not interested in it "being made right" I'm interested in the food not making me sick and using better quality ingredients.
