Absolutely disgusting. Utterly disgusting. I am a very picky person. I ordered a simple only ketchup double cheeseburger. I hate absolutely mayonnaise. And what did they put on it? Mayonnaise. No ketchup in sight, just mayonnaise. I did not eat it, but I was still hungry, so I went to a McDonald's instead. 1/10, do not recommend for picky eaters, I will NOT be returning to the Clarksburg Wendy's.

I got the biggie bag with the cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, specifically asked for nothing other than cheese and ketchup on my burger for my restrictions, and I get home open my bag and my food had everything on the burger and I also purchased on of the boo books and didn’t receive it. The lady who took my order was a little rude, the man at the window was very pleasant!

I'm not sure if they just had the best of the best working due to our local Italian Heritage Festival or what.. but I've NEVER had food and service so good from here...2 days in a row!!! This was a great experience. Please keep it like this!!!!

The chilli had beans in it that were hard. The chicken sandwiches are. Normally good tasted bad. The tomato was super thin. You couldn't pick it up. The son of the beaconater was ok. Chicken nuggets were good. Service was better than the food.

Just tried the new breakfast Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuits and WOW!!!! They are fantastic!!! You can taste the honey in the chicken and biscuits both. I knew anything at Wendy's would be good.

A manager in this store just refused me service because my service dog was not wearing a vest. I was made to leave. He embarrassed me in front of his customers and his employees. Thank you Mr Webb. I once again urge you to go to ada.gov and see all of my legal rights you just violated.

The woman running register was polite, but they forgot my baked potato when I purchased two, and my junior hamburger bun was so hard, I had to throw the bottom piece away couldn't even eat it. It's sad u have to go in fast food chains to get the service you want, and still the food is cold, not fulling cooking the meat, and forgetting the food people purchased is ridiculous, and have to go out of their way to get more because u make mistakes carelessly is just bad business period!
I ordered a burger and git a chicken sandwich instead.
