The woman running register was polite, but they forgot my baked potato when I purchased two, and my junior hamburger bun was so hard, I had to throw the bottom piece away couldn't even eat it. It's sad u have to go in fast food chains to get the service you want, and still the food is cold, not fulling cooking the meat, and forgetting the food people purchased is ridiculous, and have to go out of their way to get more because u make mistakes carelessly is just bad business period!

It's decent occasionally. 2 of my last 3 visits, I probably should have just thrown the food away. Last time I was there it was like a Sal punishment episode of Impractical Jokers. Not good. I tried to give a better review, but thinking about it, I couldn't. It was bad and gross.

This was not a good experience. They got our meals wrong, the cup had a hole in the side that leaked everywhere, the staff was confused, will not be going back!
Stopped at Wendy's tonight for dinner because it's been a long day. Got home ready to eat and the food is cold. The cheese isn't melted it's so cold. By the time I warmed up my burger and baconator fries I didn't want to eat.
