We were visiting family and made a reservation here for a date night while in town. The food saved this place. From the moment we walked in the service was immediately disappointing. The hostess was borderline rude, the bartender was standoffish while we waited for our table at the bar, the waitress was nowhere to be seen majority of the night once seated. The bartender told us she didn’t have a drink menu as “we are currently between menus”, odd but okay…then we magically had a drink menu on our table once seated. The waitress forgot to ask the bartender a question about the wine that my husband had, but when reminded she came back with the bartender’s answer of “refer to the wine list” - clearly not going to go the extra mile for their customers. Our drinks were empty multiple times throughout our dinner, including the water. For an upscale establishment we expected upscale service, and this restaurant definitely disappointed. Again, the food was great and the view outside was beautiful. However, the lack of upscale service for the upscale prices was disappointing.

If you are not a regular and you choose to go, don’t expect too much when it comes to service. Also, the red carpet walls are not easy on the eye nor clean. However, the lobster bisque and filet were top notch and I would definitely recommend ordering.

They were out of the appetizer we ordered, out of the side we ordered, the bread was cold and hard, the side ordered was soggy with grease, the steak was tough. Disappointed!

First time being here was for a work dinner. The service was amazing and quick. The food was amazing as well. 10oz Filet Mignon, baked Mac and cheese, and steamed broccoli. The baked Mac and cheese, I could eat until I explode. The Filet was seasoned perfect. I asked for medium and it came medium, slightly juicy, and the butter that came with the Filet is so darn good. And then, to top it all off, a 5 layer chocolate cake. I felt like I died and went to heaven. I also got another order of Mac and cheese to take home. Worth it.

We love going to this place when we can. It's very expensive but thank God there are still a few restaurants of this caliber in this area. The service there is fantastic and the steaks are absolutely incredible when they meet you at the front door. They are like you came home after being gone for a long time.

Parking: We wish we could afford to dine there more often because we would.

Kid-friendliness: This is not the caliber restaurant meant to bring children. This is a upper middle class adult atmosphere where people come for a lot of special occasions to enjoy their evening and their dinner in a fine restaurant atmosphere.

The food and service were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend any fish dish on the menu. Our salmon, blackened mahi, and crab cakes were phenomenal and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our waiter, I forget his name ?, was so kind and on top of everything. We will definitely be back. 10/10
