My first time visiting Clay County, West Virginia and from the moment I stepped in this Subway restaurant, they greeted me with friendly smiles and welcoming hellos. For me, it's all about personality and Paige and JR Smith had winning personalities. On top of that, the food was excellent. They made my sub to perfection. 2 thumbs up all around ????

Creepy guy that works at night talks forever and won’t let us leave also continuously asks about a specific instruction we add to online orders when we say we want it a certain way he asks if he can do it this or that way instead. Also no one answering the phone after 8

I've been here 30 minutes waiting on 2 subs. The resturant is severely understaffed. I've watched the employee go from taking orders holding a clip board and pen to making sandwiches without changing gloves. Don't waste your time, just go to Gino's.

JR and Sarah went above and beyond to service me and my family and make suggestions for our meals. Extremely nice and our food was 10/10 recommend! They do have a toaster and it works, I saw a previous comment saying no toaster, that must be fixed now bc our subs were toasted and delicious! The two workers were exceptionally nice and every recommendation they suggested and we tried made our experience that much more enjoyable and the food too! They were so patience and nice to my son, brother, and all of us. Thanks for such an amazing experience and delectable food!
Kid-friendliness: They gave my picky son exactly what he wanted without any backlash and my high function autistic brother was with us and they were wonderful and patience with him, even without knowing his disability. They even checked on us afterwards to see how we liked the sub suggestions, which we all, including my child and brother, absolutely loved!

This place is always understaffed and can’t hold on to good workers. I’ve stopped by a couple of times and depending on who was working how well my food and lunch experience went. I have felt sorry in the past because of them not having a enough of workers working, but after witnessing a worker named Rosie belittling one of their trainees I understood why they were always understaffed. They need better management to deal with their rude employees. I witnessed her talking trash to a young worker then try to work her charm and a customer. Bad business to witness employees crying. I felt so sorry for her and the community needs to know not to let their young adults to work here.

Not even a fly strip to keep flies out the food. Only thing I'd recommend ordering if you like food that isn't contaminated, is a pizza without any toppings.
