I placed an order on-line 11/23/2025 at 11:55 AM, My order would be ready for pick-up at 12:25pm.
I arrived at 12:30 and was told my order would be 10 more min. I waited 30 more min. and asked about my food. The order had not been started yet.
I watched other customers come in, order, get their food , eat and leave, and my order was not even started. This is not the first bad experience with the Clendenin store however it will be the last. When asking about my order, I was told they were understaffed.

Usually food and service is good. But I placed to go order and was told 35 minutes because they were busy so no big deal. Show up after 35 to pick up food and told my two spaghettis will take another 30 minutes. My pizza was allready done so I don’t know if it was just left out or what, but by the time the other part of my order after an hour in total from time order was placed my pizza was stone cold.

My dad went to get us pizza and came back without pizza and frustrated because they had no idea what they were doing. He called in the order and when he got there they just acted like if you didn't use the app then it's not their fault that they forgot to make your pizza.

Atmosphere is nice, but they can't seem to get competent people. Had a lady just ignore me and repeat the same question I'd already answered. Then she just walked off, without a word... My kids were disappointed when I came home without pizza. Maybe that wouldn't be an issue if I used their app or whatever, but I'm old school. I call on the phone and give my order to a living person. I then expect the bare minimum which is that they do their job... Guess that is too much for people these days though...

I called in an order to Giovanis Pizza in Clendenin and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 45 minutes later—giving them extra time—only to find out they hadn’t even started making it yet. Absolutely unacceptable. Shane would be rolling over in his grave if he could see how this place is being run now. This isn’t the Giovanis we used to know. Very disappointed.

Honestly Giovanni's... I was overcharged for the cardboard you served me. Practically no sauce on the pizza that was mostly crust. If Ginos can put adequate amounts of sauce and toppings on their pizzas and make a profit, so can you. The cheese bread was about the same. Flat and tasteless. The deep fried mushrooms were the only good things from this pizza place.

The food here is trash!!
Went in and ordered a cheese steak. They gave me two slices of steak-ums with lettuce tomato onion. (Never seen a cheese steak like that before) Went back in to give them a second chance. Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese, extra crispy wings, and cheesy bread. Pizza was very doughy not even close to a crisp bottom and don’t be fooled by the 16 slices in the large. Cheesy bread tasted chalky and had no cheese. The wings were just slimy and not fully cooked. See pictures and videos I posted. Do not go here EVER!!

Friendly service and great food. The esthetic is modern and very clean. Kid friendly. Great local pizza place that's much better than any of the competition around.

Delicious and the best pizza deals around. Cozy little place to eat with the fam. They were also extremely welcoming and respectful of my service dog, which was incredibly nice.

I get the need to hire younger employees to support your community and to give opportunities to high school kids but it's unfortunate that that is all this location has. Very little concern is taken in ensuring your orders are correct. The pizzas never have enough sauce and when I have asked every single time for "extra sauce" which should be just normal sauce at other places they may actually provide it 1 out of 5 times. There have been several times where I have ordered the exact same thing as we are a family of 3 that usually eats the same options and paid $5-10 difference depending on who and how they ring you up. In the past I have used this place to support my son's school and basketball team and have used them for tons of big parties but tonight was my last straw with this place. If it was the first time or even the 19th I would consider all the moving pieces but I blew this store up 30 mins before they closed for a to go pick up order and they blatantly ignored the phone. It's a shame there's only one place in town to eat but it's an even bigger shame that the one place there is doesn't care enough about customer service to make an attempt to get it right. This place could make a killing if they would apply some customer service or even answer the phone. I'll take to business to 7-11 their frozen pizzas are better anyway and surprisingly enough even the employees at a gas station are more willing to help then the 15 kids filling the lobby of this location!
