Pretty cool place to stop in at. Only 1 working the floor so it took forever to get waited on, like 20 minutes. Meanwhile another couple came in and she started cleaning tables and obviously knew the staff, they got their meals before we even got to order. The food was good don't get me wrong but 1 visit here is plenty

Place is awesome, we were visiting family friends on gauley ave and stopped in to have breakfast yesterday and this morning and the food was on point!!! Biscuit and gravy was amazing!! I’ll be back when we visit!

We had an excellent dinner at the Hilltop Diner. It's a small diner in the small town of Cowen, WV. The service was great and friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the hot roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, and homemade rolls. Others had the Roast Beef Sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy and a Mountaineer Burger that had hash browns, fried egg, cheese, onions on a beef patty. Everyone was pleased with their dinner. Definitely worth trying.
