1st Drive-thru wasn’t working correctly! Then first person didn’t know what she was doing,was rude,kept staring and crap..a nice girl came finishing our order! There for a hour almost! Then left had to go back didn’t get cookies we ordered & the one girl that doesn’t know what she’s doing tried charging me again for them. Then look in bag on way home and the dang napkins look like they grabbed used ones out of a garbage can..Ridiculous!! Got home and sandwiches are not made like they usually are made at other Subways!!! Spent over $60.00 😡 I will post picture of napkins..

They had to remake my food 3 times because they couldn't follow a simple order. Don't order online unless you plan on inspecting it before you leave. My wife was a manager for subway, in multiple states, I myself worked for Subway in Minneapolis, the Management doesn't train their employees correctly. Word of advice for the employees there The meat goes on the top of the sandwich not the bottom. Portion control is also needed to be taught. If I was the District manager there I would reteach everyone on how to portion out everything and make sure they are making them all correctly.

Bro forgot my mayo and my tomatoes on a sub i ordered off the menu. To top it off i asked for a new footlong cookie and he said yea, forgot to make it and we tried reminding him at checkout and he just tapped the card reader and asked for a tip.I had to go to completely different subway to get mayo and tomatoes put on my sub as well as the footlong cookie. I rarely go to subway and once again i am reminded why.
