My husband and I tried ordering 8 pizzas at noon with no set time we needed them by. The woman on the phone said “let me ask my manager” and my husband got hung up on. When he called back stating he must have gotten disconnected he got hung up on a second time. When he called a third time and said he’s been hung up on twice now a woman named Connie said we needed to have placed an order that large the night before and was asking about how many toppings the pizzas would need and was very rude about it. I am a very understanding person, if they would have been nice and just said “I’m sorry we can’t do that” there wouldn’t be a problem. Instead we were met with the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced. Gino’s took our order and was very kind about stating there was going to be about an hour wait for it, we understood and didn’t mind.

I always order on the app and it says ready in 15 minutes. I've never had to wait! I really suggest ordering online and utilizing the rewards points if you haven't done so yet! (Free pizzzzzzaaaa lol) Food is always good!

Pizza crust not the same, not crispy enough, still somewhat bout lil past the dough consistency if you order hand tossed. Needs oiled and crisped some.
When I ordered online when submitting the order the price was $34 and some change when it submitted and we picked up are order it was almost 70 dollars. I order the 10 taste makers with up to 3 toppings through online deal
