We have been on a 19 day trip out west heading back home to Virginia. We have stopped at numerous Arby's on the way out and back. I asked for no ice in my strawberry lemonade and was told I had to have ice because it is there policy.
This is a first for me. This is the only Arby's that has said this. I just want to know if it is policy?

Did not get what we ordered, they just didn't pay attention to what was order. Didn't put the peppers on them. Was on 64 before he he started to eat. Need less to say he was very upset.

The food was traditional Arby’s and the staff took care of us. Unlike some other others who wrote before, we received our meal quickly and well prepared. It lost one star because it was located inside of a gas station convenience store, and because the staff being all youthful, behaved so. Still, if I was back in this area and hungry for a quick meal, I’d return.
