Took several minutes for a server and there were Mabe 3 other customers dining there. Food was not prepared like we requested. This is the first time this has ever happened here. Hopefully just a bad day.

We were in a group of 24 on our way to see a local seasonal attraction. Our organizer had made arrangements earlier with the restaurant so they could be prepared.As we were walking through the parking lot my friend mentioned the small number of cars and I replied that's not a good sign. Our tables were ready and the waitress started talking our orders. She took everyone's order before sending any orders to the kitchen. It was close to an hour before anyone was served and that was just the first half of us. Several minutes later a few more were served. We were completely finished by the time my friend was served. The food was good but with only one waitress for the entire group, it was already cool. Then there was difficulty and confusion with paying the checks. Lastly, the greasy smells that were embedded in the carpet on the restroom side of the building was another disappointment.Sufficient staff and some deep cleaning might help get cars back into the parking lot. Maybe a visit from the franchise office is in order.

I'm a simi truck driver, truck in shop, on a budget. Walked from motel to bob evans. Too expensive for me!! 5 onion rings for $7.50 I called the local Chinese delivery. Oh my goodness, $12 !!!! I got enough food for 2 meals.

Everything was great except the bacon. The bacon was cooked too well.
Hamburger is not homemade. I only ate about half of my lunch. Couldn't stand the taste of the frozen meat. Onions weren't available to cover up the taste and Couldn't get a refill to wash the food down. I should have been told so I could order honey chicken. It is the best to eat at Bob Evans. My order was not what I asked for. I didn't order cheese so I raked that off. She didn't know they didn't have Onions until after our burgers were made. Onion rings come frozen, my friendhad. I ordered fries which wasn't great. I ate a little bit to keep from getting hungry.. the cashier said, oh well.

She brought our food out, realized something on my husband's plate was supposed to go to another table (he just thought she wrote down the way he wanted his eggs wrong and was going to eat them anyway), so she came back and took his plate. From where I was sitting, I watched her shuffle the items between 2 plates before taking the food that had been on our table to some other guy.I ordered blueberry pancakes and for some reason the cook couldn't put the blueberries in the batter, he could only put them on top. Weird. The potatoes tasted bad, the bacon tasted fake, the texture was strange, and it seemed like maybe it had been microwaved.The women's bathroom was disgusting...they had several air fresheners sitting around, but it smelled like something was dead and rotting in there. It's obvious someone likes to sit in that stall frequently to pick their nose and flick or wipe it on the walls/door. This Bob Evans location is absolutely vile and we won't be visiting it again.

Simply fantastic. I've went last week and I forgot to review. But every bit of our food was perfect and just the right amount where we weren't too full afterwards. I got the slow-roasted pot roast with banana bread, side salad and strawberry lemonade. My husband got the country fried steak with green beans French fries and rolls. It was a really enjoyable lunch date. We were talking about the food the whole way home.
