I ordered a $14 meal and It wasn't even right Sure, I ordered no bun but there was no sauces that I ordered. Fries were stale. Girl taking the order was rude at speaker and pickup. Ordered at 9:30 p.m. Friday May 2nd. Just found a hair in my food. Both orders were wrong. The tea tasted horrible like I just wrung out a sweaty gym sock

The food was amazing but the staff were straight rude. The woman taking my order at the ordering box exact words were “Burger King, what ya want?” Then when I pulled around to the window and she didn’t even speak to me and was rolling her eyes. Very rude.

Impossible burger with cheese is a great (and halal) option. My toddler also loved the fries- not too crunchy or too soft.

It was a drive thru visit at 10pm, but that had to have been the worst eating experience of my adult life. The fries tasted abhorrent, the Whopper Jr. And it's toppings almost had me gagging, and the Classic Chicken Sandwich would remind you of the driest, most pepper crusted piece of poultry in your life to date. The older gentleman/manager clearly didn't want to be there, and I'd have rather have seen it closed as compared to that experience. That's $18 I beyond wish I had back. I'm not saying all experiences at this location have been bad, but this is definitely the one that will be most memorable to my son and I.
The prices are going up but the product size and quality keeps shrinking! When a sandwich looks small in a childs hand then that is freakin' small. Last visit won't go back.

Food was decent. Dining room was clean. Service was terrible. The person taking our order wasn't wearing a name tag, but had a long dark ponytail and neck tattoo, incorrectly entered our order and when our food came out incorrect my husband attempted to politely request a replacement of the fries for the onion rings he very clearly and plainly ordered and was met with attitude and accusations of lying. Whatever. It's just a lunch order, bu,t for the to ticket price on two meals, next time we can just go to Buffalo Wild Wings

I'll give the drive-thru person credit for doing their job always asking for the upsell always trying to get a donation for whatever cause. Consistent more than any other fast food chain I visit. I suppose it just gets annoying and makes me skeptical. I feel like I want to say can we just focus on the food and drinks. That being said this particular BK does a very good job with fresh food fresh fries etc. It is my preference between about four that I pass in between home and work.

Got my sandwich wrong at first but remade it and didn't get grumpy about it. Food was fresh and delicious. Managers Chris and Jess were awesome.
