The girl at the window was very nice and helped with a issue I had on a milkshake. I then got home to eat my quesadillas. The receipt said chicken quesadilla for all 6 of them I also added extras. 2 of them were only cheese and only 2 had the extras I asked for. How is the cook that inconsistent on one order?

Something is always wrong every time i go. It I’ve ordered a chicken strip tray and haven’t gotten the strips 2 times then tonight i got a chicken quesadilla and it has no chicken. Don’t waste your time going here. Workers there are rude and high half the time.

Hair in my cheese fries, and it wasn’t just 1 hair IT WAS MULTIPLE! They didn’t give me my drink, and they put lettuce on my husband’s sandwich after he asked for it without.
I have 3 kids.. our food orders are never simple.. they got it perfect! Great job!

Was a fairly new restaurant..they haven't been open long..they messed our order up several times..with the same order..and the inside dining area wasn't very clean..that being said..they had just opened the place and we're very short staffed. The manager there was super apologetic and made sure he threw extra in our order for the inconvenience. I believe they will improve with time and staff because we love our cookout restaurants! They always have the best deal and the best prices especially feeding a family of 5...the food is usually really good at the ones in south and North Carolinas...so be patient with them as this one is new and everyone is still being trained!
