Absolutely love coming here really great food for decent prices always hot and fresh too!
If I could give them a zero I would. You know it’s awful when you live 15 miles from the place and you drive there at 130 am to pay nearly 13 bucks for ONE meal to only get home and open the bag and it’s not what you ordered. No where close. Wanna talk about being pissed off. Not to mention I don’t even like what they gave me. So guess who’s going to bed hungry tonight??!! This chic all because COOK OUT SUCKS
I've tried to get pickles on my burgers x3 separate times, this time even requesting extra, and they still fail me every time. I honestly dislike the food anyways, its going downhill, the burgers are always burnt to a crisp and couldn't compare to when I had it in Huntington, and the last two times this happened I rolled my eyes and blamed myself for going at 11pm but cmon...pickles pickles...does it have to be clearer? Are you guys just constantly out of pickles?
awesome work cook out

Every time I go to this location they put cheese on my burger that I very DRAMATICALLY ask for no cheese on (mind you, this is the only thing I don’t get on the burger), or there are items missing from my order. When the food is right it is great, however when there are constant issues with my order it’s frustrating.
I will say though that, the young girl who is darker toned that runs the drive thru window is always super kind and has great customer service. The friendly employees is probably the only reason I’ve gone back, but I don’t think that that will deter me from going somewhere else from now on.

Thought it was odd that at 7pm on a Saturday night the drivethru and inside of the resturant were completely empty. Took a chance and went through the drivethru regardless. Ordered my food and the employee repeated it back to me verbatim. Got to the window and paid and received my food. Didn’t think to check it because yet again the order was repeated back to me word for word. Got home and verified that the tag on top of the food matched however the order inside the container was completely incorrect. Incompetence at this level isn’t by accident it’s purposeful. The only reason they received two stars is because at the very least the (incorrect) food was hot and fresh.
Best of the best

When I saw that we were getting a cookout here in the Charleston area I was extremely excited. The first cookout I ate at was in Charlotte, and I loved it! But then when I ate it our stores here in Charleston area I was sorely disappointed. The food was actually really bad here. It seems as that may have changed, my recent trip to the Cross Lanes store was excellent, other than the fries not being very fresh everything else was Great.
