First time to try it ! Idk it's Tuesday the 2nd an I can say the team even the trainee was great. Great service. What I have to complain about? THAT YALL ARE BY FAR MY FAVORITE AN I MAY BE ADDICTED TO THAT CHILI DOG LOL. TY FOR A GREAT FOODIES. HUGS.

Was a fairly new restaurant..they haven't been open long..they messed our order up several times..with the same order..and the inside dining area wasn't very clean..that being said..they had just opened the place and we're very short staffed. The manager there was super apologetic and made sure he threw extra in our order for the inconvenience. I believe they will improve with time and staff because we love our cookout restaurants! They always have the best deal...

When I saw that we were getting a cookout here in the Charleston area I was extremely excited. The first cookout I ate at was in Charlotte, and I loved it! But then when I ate it our stores here in Charleston area I was sorely disappointed. The food was actually really bad here. It seems as that may have changed, my recent trip to the Cross Lanes store was excellent, other than the fries not being very fresh everything else was Great.
