The food was ok. The service was slow. Our waitress did not keep our drinks full. And we had to wait for our food. I would understand if they were super busy, but they were not that busy. The waitress was nice just not on her A game today.

Mashed potato cold , gravy on the side cold look like pudding and extremely salty.
Carrots were hard and meatloaf was mushy in the middle.
I went back for the new meatloaf was not. very noisy and clanging of dustpan and broom swept noise all over restaurant,no oil lamps on the tables it’s getting ,worse every time we go ,why can’t you get it right

I wish I could rate the food excellent however, my first serving of potato casserole was cold 😞 Had the kitchen staff served me “hot” the first time everything would have been excellent.

The free birthday cake was dry and all mixed up in the take out box. Wasn’t worth eating, even if it was free.
My daughter and I had a very nice waitress and the food was very good.

My Mom's favorite person to have breakfast when we come to visit.However our last visit the food was overly salty.Food coffee at best like warm if not room temp.
Our waitress was fantastic so we did tip 20 percent.

Our family loves Cracker Barrel’s food. We usually get takeout orders. Unfortunately, every time we’ve ordered, something is missing and there are always things other than apples in the fried apples(mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, etc.). Why does this happen? So disappointing and makes it difficult to get your child to eat them when they contain foreign foods! Please do better.

Surprised that someone reached out, but thankful. I was given a gift card for this poor experience. Doubtful, I'll return to use it at this location, but I will update once I redeem it. Hopefully the next visit won't add another poor experience with this brand.
11/21/2025 I visited with my coworkers from Heart & Hand for our Thanksgiving meal. We ate the appetizers off of a napkin instead of plates?
I ordered the rainbow trout. It was paper thin & overcooked, okra was greasy and the loaded baked potato was old.
Needless to say I didn't pick it. My coworker who said I couldn't wash the black off my hands did 🧐 🤔

I wouldn't order anything else BECAUSE my food was the only one in our party messed up. Imagine that. Everyone agreed that it would probably be spit on along with the 1st one.

My adult son and I were there for Thanksgiving dinner after my dad passed away. We were away from home and it was a difficult day. The warmth of the restaurant and staff helped make us feel a bit better. Servers were so attentive and kind, knew the menu options well, and we're attentive without being overbearing. He had the vegetable platter and I had the traditional Thanksgiving platter. We were very thankful we had a place to go and have a holiday meal together.

I was traveling through on my way to NC and I stopped to have lunch. The hostess was very nice and sat me at a table in the middle. I had 2 to 3 servers walk past me many times and NONE of them acknowledge me or said I will be with you in a minute. After 5 mins I got up and told the hostess that since no one acknowledged me I am leaving. Ive worked in the food service industry before, I understand being busy, it was not busy at this time..but I will never stop there again. Ive never had this type of service at a cracker barrel ever.
