Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Jessica H. took really good care of us. She served us dinner. She was very sweet and friendly. It was nice to have someone like her, after being on the road all day long. We will be sure to stop by again, when we are in the area. Thanks again, Phil & Donna

Not sure how the food was. Traveling through the area and stopped for something to eat. Got all dipping food. Waiting almost an hour nothing. Waitress Zenda came by once to give another drink. Had to ask someone else to check on our food. Lady that sit down after us got her food. Saw food coming out of the kitchen as well as to go orders. We finally gave up and left. Talked to manager and her solution was to get us an order to go. Eating dumplings going down 64 was not an option. Thanks for wasting our time and not caring about us. Got 4 more hours to go in our trip and will look for someplace that cares about their customers

Just rude in general. I literally stood there for probably 10 minutes and no one helped me. (Editing my review).

Starting off my bfs steak tasted like it was seafood. Then my eggs weren’t cooked as ordered. The syrup for my pancakes was also missing. Tanks a great night:)

Cindy was by far the best server we’ve ever had and we eat out a lot. She was so pleasant and made our dining experience with having. We hope to stop by again some day and can only hope she is working.

I love Cracker Barrel but every time I order form this location the forget something.

We had server Melody and she sucked it was very rough. My advice is to go to Waffle House or anywhere else. The food was trash she couldn’t bring us the right food time and time again. They then over charged us and said they couldn’t fix it at the register. Then our tickets wouldn’t ring up and they lost their mind! All and all I don’t recommend.

We found a long human hair in the fish, the manager comped the table. Although, we were appreciative of the gesture, I don't believe ill be eating out again, ever. Lack of quality control is an increasing trend with restaurants.

Went to have lunch today with my family and it was delicious! Our server was Rebecca and she gave us amazing service and even suggested $5 Take home meals which we ended up buying and took home to my elderly Father. Definitely will return!

I don't even want to give one star... Absolutely horrible experience! 10 minute wait for someone to acknowledge us after we were seated! Server must have been having a bad day, she seemed to not care a bit about us or our food order. My food was haphazardly placed on table and I was almost done eating before my friend received her food (I had salad and a lukewarm baked potato, my friend finally received her egg sandwich that was also lukewarm and must have been sitting a while as her toast was mushy). I had wanted soup, (lunch special) not potato but was told they didn't have any!
Do yourself a favor and don't look up- the dust and dirt hanging from the vents and ceiling fans turned my stomach, thank goodness the fans weren't on or that dirt may have been flying into our food.
Be careful in the restrooms, check for toilet paper before going in a stall or ...
Thank goodness this wasn't my first time at cracker barrel or I'd never go back!

We always have a good meal at Cracker Barrel. I love going there because I cannot only eat but shop would recommend this Cracker Barrel in Cross Lanes/Nitro.

Waited forever for pancakes and than pancakes were burnt. When we got pancakes we had no sausage had to wait on it. We had pancakes half ate before we got sausage
