Ordered sausage egg & cheese, got a bacon egg & cheese, worst part is the bacon was severely undercooked & couldn't eat the nasty thing. So I moved on to the hashbrowns & the were disgusting! When was the last time yall changed frier oil? Absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had!

I am very reluctant to leave negative reviews, but this location in Cross Lanes is the absolute worst Dunkin. Anything except espresso here WILL be messed up. The cold brew especially is weak every time like someone is just pouring in water instead of making more. Every person I’ve interacted with either ignores you or just doesn’t pay attention and gets something wrong on the order. I have given this place so many chances because of how close it is, but I’m not spending anymore money where no one cares about the products they produce.

I wish I could give negative points for service. Almost everyday my wife gets a coffee here, and everyday Julie is super rude. She will try to make excuses why she can't scan the phone for points, acts like everything is a super big bother to her, and has raised her voice at us more than once. Very unpleasant experience

We love DD but this location was disappointing. The staff did not acknowledge us (or the others that were waiting). The least they could have done was say hello and we will be right with you. It's almost like they wanted us to leave. It seemed like the young ladies working there didn't like each other. When they finally started our order there was no apology for the wait or a smile.
They were all more focused on the drive thru orders instead of the customers who go in.

Forever and always in love with the "pink donuts." I am an adult with my own children. I was probably 5 the first time my parents got me a pink icing donut and I was hooked. I'm so happy I can still share something I had as a child. I am thankful we live close by to this one.
