My 4 year old and family all love to have donuts and coffee but the are never opened up even though it's well after 5 A.M. again. They just turned lights on but still haven't unlocked the doors. One of the girls literally made eye contact with me 7 min ago. It's 5:15 now and I won't wait any longer, as they peak their head out from the back. This has happened more than a few times now. Ridiculous I work all night and could have stopped elsewhere. Apparently my business isn't good enough for them.

Normally I get no ice because I have sensitive teeth. I usually get a medium because there’s more coffee without the ice so I don’t need a large. At my normal location, that’s not a problem. Here, you get half the cup. I had to buy a large with no ice (which was half the cup as well) just to fill the cup up. So instead of just charging an up charge for no ice (which is dumb in itself but I would pay it) I had to buy a medium and a large coffee and spend almost 15$ for a full cup. Really wish I could add an image, because it is laughable. Will not be coming to this location again.

Very disappointed in this Dunkin. Service is slow, they never make my coffee right even though it’s a simple hot French vanilla coffee, sometimes the coffee tastes like water because they double brew it. When I order food half the time it’s made wrong, or if I order a donut they toss it in the bag upside down and I loose all the frosting. It’s just very disappointing. And management and HR need to step up their game.

I am so mad I was in there tonight and my Donut was so nasty, and I over heard one of the workers say they will be leaving the donuts in the Donuts case all night not cover or anything that's is disgusting and I will never eat there again yuck

They made a huge mistake letting all of their managers go. They were the only good managers they’ve had since the store opened. Since they’ve left- the coffee has been bad, food not made right, wait time in drive through is 7+ minutes, new people not friendly. They wouldn’t give me my receipt. Saw multiple new people scoop the ice with the cup instead of the scoop. They said the district supervisor is covering that store until they find a new manager, I don’t know how they could allow them to be so unsanitary. Quality has really gone down. The only good thing is the night people that stayed and how friendly they are, but none of them seem happy to be there anymore. Definitely won’t be back.
