Ginos is one of our favorite places to gather with family and friends. The staff in the Cross Lanes store always does their best to take great care of us. Our food was made quickly and everything was fresh and delicious.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love coming to Gino's and ask to come for their birthdays and other events.

I ordered food and was charged for 3subs I didn't not ask for and The manager screamed at me and said we are busy you are not getting free food she said I don't know what to tell you put it in the microwave and eat it Tomorrow .I can't believe this The way she screamed at me and The the co worker in the background had been laughing the whole time we were talking she hung up on me twice and told me not to order anything from There Plz believe I will not But I will not rest until I speak to corporate about this absurd and rude behavior. the man who pick my trash up on Tuesday mornings treat me with more respect than the so-called general manager at Gino's Very un professional

I love Gino's pizza and spaghetti I can always count on a on a meal to hit the spot when I am in my Hometown.. I never leave town without visiting Gino's & Tudors 1st period. Because after all what's a trip to West Virginia without this gem of a restaurant. It's usually my last stop before leaving have to get my food prepared prepared to Travel.

Charged us 0ver $14 for a pizza bread , that was not worth eating. All the topping they charged us $1.10 for was very scarce ( 5 in total) and maybe a tablespoon of sauce. It was very dry. If you are going to charge a $1.10 per topping , then load it up.

Very clean facilities and very nice staff. The good was quick and amazing.
Night shift crew members were very nice. And we understood the time and just got out food to go so they could close and clean up, and get outta there on time.

Why can't Ginos keep a delivery driver? Every time I call, I amtold they dont have a driver till after 4pm. The food is goid when you can get it. By the time a delivery driver comes in, I am already at work and have found something else to eat.This issue is not just at the Cross Lanes Ginos. I found the same issue with St Albans Ginos. In Cross Lanes the only other tolerable option is Hussons. *shudders*. Yes, there are other places, but they rank even lower than Hussons.

I got the home style spaghetti and the portion size is huge. It took about 15 minutes for them to make it. The spaghetti really does remind you of what your mom used to make. The seasonings are perfect.

We've bought numerous pizzas from Gino's, but that was by far, the very best. I can't say that about neighboring pizza businesses.Keep up the Good Work.
