Not my best experience with a restaurant. It shouldn’t be hard to simply pick up a plate and get your food but it is. You have to literally sort through the plates to make sure you get one that doesn’t still have old food on it from improperly being washed. At this rate I think it’s safe to say bring your own plate because whoever is “attempting” to wash the plates already aren’t doing a very good job. The food tasted ok, I can’t really complain on that aspect besides the chicken livers having a green tint to them and not tasting right at all. The waitress did a very good job making sure plates were picked up and drinks were re filled. Do better golden coral, do better.

4/27/2025 The ribs are usually tough but today the ribs were good for once. I was not even going to try them but I saw them falling apart and thought they must be good and they were. But the dessert was so disappointing. They let everything run out and it's not like they were waiting for the dessert to come out of the oven. The cakes were frosted and cold straight from the fridge which is fine but why did they let everything run out? All they had to do was get it out of the fridge. I didn't get what I wanted because they ran out of everything and they were preparing stuff that didn't look like dessert. I wanted bread pudding but it was scraped dry as well as the cobbler and not a single slice of cake, cookie or ice cream toppings. There were only fruit pies and marshmallows. I paid $16 for this?

9/11/2023: The wings are TERRIBLE. I keep getting emails from Golden Corral advertising their wings but on Monday at 6pm I tried 3 kind of their wings and all of them were inedible. I could not eat them because they were tough and rubbery. I have never had such terrible winds in my life, nothing even close.

I miss the chocolate chess pie. It wasn't there last time either, but there are several weird looking colored cakes. The bread pudding and brownie was my favorite desserts today. There was no vanilla icecream and both icecream dispensers were chocolate.

8/6/2023: We went on a Sunday at 1pm. The ribs were terribly tough and inedible. The ham was good. Not enough meat options. No roast beef, the fried chicken wasn't good, no baked potatoes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were Not hot. The large shrimp was the best thing, hot and fresh. There was no fish. No honey butter for the rolls. No ice cream but there were toppings set out like hot fudge, peanuts and whipped cream. Our server could have been more attentive, we had to ask for refills twice.

Very disappointed because the price is high on Sunday but the buffet is very lacking.

(Previous review)Opening after COVID: Too busy and not enough food. There was no selection of desserts because they were eaten faster than they were put back out. There was no shrimp because it wasn't replenished fast enough. I paid $15.50 for the Sunday buffet. The line was so long and just standing there a long time. Our party of 8 had to split up for lack of tables. DON'T GO ON SUNDAY

Updated and well run Golden Corral. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner.

Lunch had started and the mashed potatoes looked like the night before the chicken was nasty twice I've been there same thing and don't go near the bathroom it's always extremely bad sewer back up and dirty

Very nice experience! Very laid back experience. The food and service was great! Would highly recommend.
