WORST McDonalds ever. “fast food” yet it takes over 10-15 min to even get ur food. I even have to remind them that I ordered and I’ve been waiting so long. The workers do not care at all. Do not go here, save ur time and go to a better McDonalds.

I went in to eat lunch and there was knowone at the counter. The whole operation seemed to be in complete disarray. The only bright spot was the young man whose job appeared to be an expediter, front counter, and delivery to the cars outside. Meanwhile we are all waiting to be waited on and then waiting to get our food. They call it fast food but not at this McDonald's unless you are drive through. There was a guy there that was picking up for delivery and he had to wait 25 minutes for his order. Then another guy has to bring his burger back 3 times because it was wrong. As I was walking out and passing a lady eating she was remarking how the food was not very good but then again mine was not so good either.

Ordered on the mobile app - tried to pick up at the drive through. They asked us to pull to the mobile parking spot. We had to wait 30 mins, the food was cold, they messed up the order gave us the wrong food, and they served about 7 cars that were behind us in line.

The employees at the Cross Lanes location are always very friendly
Not friendly at all, neither drive thru works showed any interest, when I went to pay for my order the girl at the window took my card and I was in the middle of asking her a question she shut the window and when she gave me my card back. I went to say something to her and but before I could even get the 1st word out she did it again and the girl at the other window wasn't much better she couldn't get the food out any faster and when I asked her if they had given me bbq sauce for my nuggets because they were repeating my order back to me they said the wrong dipping sauce she acted annoyed that she had to take a moment to answer my question. I could kinda understand if they were busy and she was rushing to get people through but it wasn't even busy there was 1 other car there. Horrible experience!!!

If I wanted to park and wait along side 4 other people for food then I would have went inside. No idea how they can park 5 cars and pretend they are keeping up because this is ridiculous to get a sandwich. Won't be coming back and hope the place gets shut down with this nonsense. They forgot my fries and I swear they were acting like getting me my fries was a problem smh I hate this stupid business.

If you have kids in Cross Lanes be very careful of getting a Happy meal from this McDonald's they don't give out toys

On line it said that this establishment was opened on Thanksgiving but when I went there, it was CLOSED! You need to fix this on hours for the holiday to keep people from making a unnecessary trip and wasting their gas.
