We just went thru the drive thru. The service was great and lady was super nice. We live about 5-8 min away. Got home and the fries were hard and seemed old but the Big Mac's were really good. But it's not every time the fries are bad, they may have been busy. We'll still get food there.

This isn’t a great restaurant and although there are a handful of people that are very nice most are the most hateful immature little kids I’ve ever seen. And we wonder why these places are dying when it’s 16 year olds with plenty of money from their parents already taking away jobs from people that actually need them. A little brat threw ice in my car tonight after it took them 15 minutes to make 2 McDoubles and a cheeseburger. That is 5 pieces of meat that from my own fast food experience only takes roughly 2-3 minutes to cook from fresh. Big companies like yourself need to start looking into the snobby kids that you have running it.

We ordered from the app and waited in one of the curbside spots. The place was empty. No ppl inside, only one or 2 came in drive thru, and nobody else in curbside. Yet we waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries!! And the food was cold!!Terrible experience and highly inefficient restaurant! I do NOT recommend it.THIS is why everything is going automated!!

Ordered 2 medium Carmel frappe and paid then pulled upto get them and was told they had to change Carmel and to pull forward...after waiting 10 min finally went in and asked where they were and they had totally forgot about us and took another 5 min and then received 2 smalls but didn't say anything just

Asked for a Mcrib with no pickels, I got a Mcrib with pickels not too big of a deal I just picked them off but what bothered me was while I was in here eating I heard another employee bullying another employee and it just made the room uncomfortable, I will say the manager did tell him to knock it off but still I felt uncomfortable and uneasy eating my lunch in there
