place has went to pot ordered checked cash and Pizza Hut doesn’t have drivers they use DoorDash woman pulls up guy in passenger seat no shirt she had no change took my food and said I got to get change and I will be back 45 minutes later I call the store they say call door dash I do they call driver she’s still trying to bum enough money to give me change won’t order unless pickup from now on
Come back tonight to add I took a chance got breadsticks tonight and I’m staring at unseasoned and no sauce to dip them in pieces of bread u been warned

Went inside the store and ordered a Pizza. The guy took my money never washed his hands. I started making my pizza. I ask him, are you required to wear gloves?And he said no. So I don't know where his hands had been. So I told him I wanted my money back and he gave me my money back, and I called pizza hut, and they did absolutely nothing. You should make your employees wear gloves. You don't know where their hands have been.

The employee said sorry we are 20 pizzas behind , yet one guy went out to smoke his vape, the later another guy went out took a personal phone call, I know it personal because he was loud. So if those guys had time to take a break there was xno need for them to be behind . My finance works for door dash and it made he

Gluten free is an option at this Pizza Hut! I have Celiac and was excited to have my own pizza with my kids! James was VERY accommodating! And it is Delicious! I highly recommend!

I ordered from here TWICE!! On line, and the next day they charged my card almost 8$ in a TIP. Which I didn’t give a card tip!! Do not use your card they will manually take money off your card. WHICH IS FRAUD!!!!!!

My order was wrong didn't realize it til I got home we ate it anyway! I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. One car sat at the window far too long they should have been asked to move and they would bring the order out. But no they let the drive thru back up I along with 4 others got tired of waiting and went in to pick up. My order was pan super supreme. I got a regular pizza no black olives replaced with banana peppers. The lady that came in behind me was very upset as was I. We didn't even get an apology for our wait. My pizza was barely warm which told me it had been ready for sometime. The waiting in line happened to me once before I was told it was doordash. Go figure since when can they hold the line for at least 15 minutes while others wait for the pizza they ordered and was there in the time alotted. Looks like Patrik Street will gain a new customer.
First time going inside for pickup and only my second time at this new location. I was pleasantly surprised to see a dine-in option! I didn't get time to ask about the empty salad bar. I'm assuming it's stocked for lunchtime, or perhaps it'll be a new addition. Either way, the employees here are very friendly and our pizza was very good! I was there for carryout on this trip.

I was at this location for a pizza party. Ordered extra food to take home after the party. Went to get my food. Order was wrong, missing a pizza. So, they make the pizza I ordered and hour prior. Went to get my food the second time, they forgot the breadsticks. Also, they don't wear gloves which is ok if you don't touch money and other dirty while cooking as they did.

Ordered for pickup in 45 minutes. Arrived exactly on time and I guess they hadn't started my order yet because it took another 20 minutes to get my food. The food wasn't bad or anything, was just annoying to get there hungry and then have to wait.
