Got my order in before closing time, get a call telling me me order came in after 11pm, I got an email that states it went in 10 mins before that, if an order comes in and your still open, you do not call the customer and give them a sorry excuses, (there’s no door dashers this late” lol than why after you cancel my order I just door dashed a bother restaurant. I’ll be calling corp tomorrow 😡

Delivery service sucks. I understand having to use a third party to deliver. But if I had that door dasher from tonight in front of me, I’d chew them out. Dashers…. CUSTOMERS CANT SEE DOORDASH DROP OFFS! Pizza Hut, please explain to them that they have to knock on the door or we won’t know My fiancé was sitting in the living room by the door waiting for delivery and the dasher walked up at some point and left the food on our wet doormat. And we didn’t know until he left to get a remade order and the boxes were on the ground, pizza cold. The five stars is for the Pizza Hut staff, they’re great. Door dash is trash.

I placed an on line order on 10/11. They charged my card two times. I have been trying since then to get my money back but all I get is the run around, both from the store employees and from emails using complaint/contact form. Sorry to say, I definitely won’t be getting pizza from them anymore. They have lost my family’s business. There are too many pizza places here to put up with this. The pizzas were good, so I gave two stars rather than one.

place has went to pot ordered checked cash and Pizza Hut doesn’t have drivers they use DoorDash woman pulls up guy in passenger seat no shirt she had no change took my food and said I got to get change and I will be back 45 minutes later I call the store they say call door dash I do they call driver she’s still trying to bum enough money to give me change won’t order unless pickup from now on
Come back tonight to add I took a chance got breadsticks tonight and I’m staring at unseasoned and no sauce to dip them in pieces of bread u been warned

Went inside the store and ordered a Pizza. The guy took my money never washed his hands. I started making my pizza. I ask him, are you required to wear gloves?And he said no. So I don't know where his hands had been. So I told him I wanted my money back and he gave me my money back, and I called pizza hut, and they did absolutely nothing. You should make your employees wear gloves. You don't know where their hands have been.

Gluten free is an option at this Pizza Hut! I have Celiac and was excited to have my own pizza with my kids! James was VERY accommodating! And it is Delicious! I highly recommend!

I ordered from here TWICE!! On line, and the next day they charged my card almost 8$ in a TIP. Which I didn’t give a card tip!! Do not use your card they will manually take money off your card. WHICH IS FRAUD!!!!!!
