Prices SUPER EXPENSIVE and the portions are TEENY TINY. Food is lacking in flavor and for this kind of money I could eat at a better place down the road. Bathrooms DISGUSTING. LITERALLY NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT...and bathrooms are just gross. Never eating Fridays again.

Payton is an amazing waitress. Not only did she provide excellent service but she waved at me as I left. Make sure you request her to be your server. I couldn't have ordered a better meal. Try the new York strip. It's worth it. I will be back for more. Thanks Wayne for listening to me compliment your staff and steak

Terrible. One of the worst chains. We usually give a place 3 tries, but not this place. 2 is enough. Second time food entirely too long, and im pretty patient but this was just unreasonable. Place was not crowded at all either. Food is waaayyyy too overpriced for what you get both portion-wise and quality. Will def not be back.

Sat at the bar. I had the Fridays ribs and chicken fingers with Mac and cheese. It was great! Bartender Scott was friendly and held great conversation and maintained positive and respectful communications amongst myself and a several other patrons at the bar. It was a great time. The manager walked by briefly to check on everyone. 10/10 vibes and 10/10 food. Will be back soon.

Even though the bartender was busy he made sure to take care of us, however, the food sizing is very small. Chicken strips look like chicken nuggets. The picture is of a five count which looks like a kids meal.

Will never return to this fridays or another one again. Been awhile since ive been to one, stopped in to this one. Nothing at all like i remember. Food was sub par, service was trash and slow, felt more like a visit than an experience. Only saving grace were the drinks.

The kitchen did no wrong!! This is all about the service! We went straight to the bar when we got in, and had Mahalia as a bartender. Took a while to come up and there was only a single table she was taking care of and had a partner at the bar. They and when I say “they” I say the two bartenders that were taking care of a total of 6 people and three groups. Other than that they were chatting and talking to friends/co-workers rather than chatting and trynna make money with their customers. She forgot our appetizer and never checked on anything. When her partner did I had to ask are you taking us over or what. She then said they working as a team. Yet it took 10 min to get a refill on a bud light bottle. Regardless my wife and I do come from long background of serving/cooking/bartending/all prep, a good amount of every position in the restaurant business… tonight was a date night and all we look for is good service. Like I said we munched all that food down. But the service was not a match. On top of that when we let her know that she had forgotten our appetizer, we here was no apology no lemme fix it no nothin. After she brought out our meals she said “oh do you guys still want it?” Disrespectful.

Save your money and buy Walmart frozen potato skins from Walmart. After receiving subpar service, this establishment also did not honor my husband’s military discount. Slow service, wrong order, sad potatoes, and flies. Yay
