Always a great experience!

I had a bunch of questions to ask about a special order, which included inserting a greeting card, because it was being delivered to someone else. The customer service rep, Amanda, was fabulous and patient with all of my questions. Honey Baked Ham at the Cross Lanes/Nitro location should be proud to have employees like Amanda representing it!

Coworkers and I put in separate online orders. I went to go pick them up, only to be told that our sandwiches were already picked up, but no one from our office had. The staff went ahead and made new sandwiches. Once I received our food, I asked why each of the orders were charged an extra penny as a separate transaction, the employee I spoke to offered to ask the store manager, who was working not too far from where I was standing. I heard the manager say with an attitude, "I don't know, we don't handle that." I just felt ai was treated unfairly for glitches in their system..

I haven’t bought ham from them in about 5 yrs. Remembering how good it was, we tried out the one here. Worst ham I have ever served absolutely no taste and almost powdery texture. Whole thing went in the trash. Never again.

The meal was fine. The associates provided outstanding customer service. My only complaint is that the prices are unquestionably not acceptable.

First time we tried them out I gave the atmosphere only 3 stars cause I felt like the employees wasnt that happy that there was customers. Not sure if they were wanting to close or what, there was a sign saying sorry not making sandwiches but there was other people in there getting sandwiches so we did. The food was good loved the potato salad. I would have given more stars on service ( because they were fast) but just felt like they didnt want us there. Will go back for another sandwich though . Oh and we had to take our food to go cause there was only 2 tables and they were taken

I can honestly say that I have visited this place twice. My first time and my last time. Both were bad experiences. The employees were cold and uninviting to say the least. There was no consistency the sandwitches I order. It was the same order both visits but was made with different bread and ingredients both times. The environment of the Cafe is as uninviting as the employees. It's poorly lit and there is no music playing. For my 2 visits that were a week apart I saw the daily special was BBQ pulled pork which I tried to order but was rudely told they no longer had it. Yet the sing remains the same.

You can't go wrong eating here.

Great experience. The employee named April is a hottest with a heart of gold. She makes the experience.
