Spent 20 minutes in drive thru just to forget 2 cheeseburgers and when mentioned about missing to burgers 1 burger was smashed. Worst experience from that restaurant for 20$

Waited over 20 minutes. Didn’t even get everything. Had to ask for two missing burgers and another drink. The I assume manager, didn’t even apologize for the wait or anything. Once we got the other two burgers. One looked like someone had purposely smashed it. Went back in and got it remade. The girl at the register seemed to be annoyed about me coming in. Go to another one. No one here should be in customer service.

I love Wendy's, but this location is a nightmare. They have one super friendly guy that works day shift at the money window- I want to say his name is Arthur? But I'm not sure. He is the only friendly employee I've seen there.
I typically go to their drive through at night, and it is consistently horrible. They serve old food that is cold, the workers are rude, and it's unorganized. Like I said, I understand messing up a few times, but they are consistently awful during night shift.
The service was more interested in talking to each other than helping customers.

I hate that I live close to this place, food is never fresh even when I have to pull off to the side and wait. Everything is always cold. Machine to scan your discount is always down.

They closed the dining room said they were short staffed , yet there are 5 or 6 employees. Standing around doing nothing the lobby door was propped open with a rug. Went through the drive thru that was wrapped around the building they were so short staffed there was a dude in the trash corral smoking weed . He went for like 5 mins come out with garbage bags and stayed out there 10 mins smoking weed again . Clee smelled it. We had to deliver cold food to our customer. We door dash and the dude smoking weed could have brought the order out when he came back outside to smoke his weed.

Stopped on the way home from NC to Indiana The restaurant was VERY clean, the bathroom were clean and well stocked. Staff was super friendly. Easy on and off from highway. We would stop again on another trip
