The food was good but service was slow. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for our order. Then they gave us the wrong meal. The dining area was too small, and the tables were cramped to close together.

The chicken protein bowl looked terrible and barely had any chicken. The soft taco supremes were decent but we're barely wrapped up. Everything fell out in the bag.

I ordered online on the app and they took my money out of my account. Once I got there they said they did not have the food because the truck did not run and they said they could not give me my money back after paying 27.05 I told them to close the store and stop takings peoples money if they do not have food to give and if they can not give refunds. They have a 800 number to get my money back that rang busy everytime I called

It's Taco Bell, if you don't know what you're getting where have you been all your life? That being said it's outrageously expensive for cheap meat and corn shells, and the music they are playing is atrocious. $10 for 3 tacos and a drink? Shouldn't be over $5 or $6 plus tax.

This doesn’t speak for for everyone but the last few times through has been crazy 12:07pm on 4-1-25 the guy at the window accused us of trying to get them for 2 cinnamon twist believe me they didn’t give us our twist we spent 50 dollars this take out why would anyone want to steal a damn twist it’s been this guy a few times he may need to be retrained to how you deal with your costumers thank you to the ones that have been nice and work hard
I am a vegan and taco bell is one of the only fast food places I can eat. They always get my order right, always are super fast and it always tastes amazing. One of the best tacos bells I have been to and I have personally worked at multiple different locations in southern West Virginia.
Dietary restrictions: The beans and rice are vegan, along with all of the taco shells and wraps. The veggies obviously and the quac are all vegan. You can make a ton of different tacos and burritos with these options. The nacho fries are also vegan which is always nice when they are around. Most vegan friendly place next to Chipotle I have found.
